Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) at any floor and paving n.exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering, 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as sepecified and directed.

M&L for rendering, 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as sepecified and directed.

M&L for rendering, 5 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as sepecified and directed.

M&L for two coats of acrylic distemper on newly plastered surfaces of walls paint over 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and two coats of acrylic distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty on plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as directed.

M&L for 3 coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces on ceiling incl preparation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles (joint free) coloured (Light shade) 10 mm thick (600x600mm) polished in floors etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement morar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles (joint free) coloured (Light shade) 10 mm thick (600x600mm) polished on vertical surfaces as in dado, skirting and similar surfaces etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement morar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm in floor over and including 10 mm thick rendering on vertical surface in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and directed (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing all loose materials like dust particles, dirt etc (b) Applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on vertical surfaces(c) Creating fillet coving of 50X50mm size with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and vertical surfaces (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces (e) Provn of glass fiber mesh of 2X2mm immediately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating as per requirement (g) Cement concrete 1:5:10 over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the water proofing tape having ability of more than 1.5mm (i) Filling the gap between wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementanious grout complete all as specified Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work. (ii) The plan area of floor and vertical surfaces shall be considered for payment (iii) PCC filling in sunken area will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors/bottom and side of drain complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to damage RCC coloumns/Beam/Slab/Chajja by using micro mortar and concrete in Following Stages :- (a) Removing the mortar and loose concrete from RCC elements. (b) Cleaning the rusted reinforcements and applying rust removal. (c) Inserting the addl reinforcements in case the cross sectional area reduction i5 more than 20 percent welding the reinforcement with existing area and supporting adequate on walls if required with grout. (d) Providing micro mortar and concrete max 50mm thick over bond coat to cover the reinforcements and slet surface. (e) Providing adequate form work and scaffolding if required. (f) Curing the surface. Note :- (i) Rust removal, bonding agent, grout, micro mortar and concrete and related chemicals shall be of Dr Fixit/BASF and STP (ii) Work is to be got executed from authorised applicator and company. (iii) Steel measured and paid separately

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing shutter and refixing in same opening shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed. (Note:- 'Refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.)

Supply and fixing of Fibre glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame of required colourof cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to recieve shutter of 30mm thick including laminated door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped strand mat(CSM) also door frame laminated shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd class hard wood, frame shall be covered with fibreglass from all sides. MS stay flat iron 25mm x 3mm shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter conferming to IS:14856-2000 of required colour and made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and style with suitable second class hardwood timber block inside at required places for fixing of fittings,cast molithically with 5mm thick FRP laminated for panels including fixing to frames,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F for 100 mm long butt hinges mild sttel with stainless steel hinge pin, anosied and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extruded sections all as directed.

S&F for 150 mm long extruded aluminium alloy handle, fabricated type anodised all as directed.

S&F in repair towel rails 20mm dia 600mm long brass chromium plated superior quality brass chromium plated fancy type complete all as specified.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excl flushing cistern) but including CI 'P' trap set in and including cement concrete fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestral pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts ,flushing cistern and flush pipe), including pedestal pan and trap,including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etccomplete.
