Ancillary Works

Item No 1:- Labour charges for removing grass, thorny shurbs, Jungli shurb, Kubabul and alike grass along and in the drain/canal/Dam making the ground clean by showel and phavaras etc. complete as Directed.

Item No 2:- Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. Complete with lead up to 1 km and all lifts as directed

Item No 3 :- Excavation in Soft Rock including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter( 0.113cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains/catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated soft rock neatly in dump area or for formation of service road/ embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Item No 4 :- Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimising damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, levelling bed etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed .

Item No 5:- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for PCC with or without surface reinforcement /RCC concreting requiring heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer with centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed.

Item No.6 :- Providing and erecting chain link fencing 1.6 M. height with G.I. chain link of size 50 x 50 mm, 8 gauge thick and fixed 75 mm above ground level on vertical M.S. Angles of 40 x 40 x 6 mm size, includind excavating pits for foundation and embedded in C.C. block of 1:4:8 mix of size 450 x 450 x 670 mm. at 1.75 M. c/c with iron bar 16mm dia as hold fast including welding link with angle frame at 30 cm c/c with nuts and bolts and horizontal M.S. Angles at top and bottom of 25 x 25 x 5 mm size and vertical M.S. flat 35 x 5 mm and 25 x 5 mm horizontal including cross support of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angles both side at every corner or bend embedded in concrete blocks of 1:4:8 of size 450 x 450 x 670 mm including 3 coats of oil painting etc. complete

Item No. 7:- Providing railing of mild steel angle post 2.0 m center to center of section 75 mm x 75 mm x 10 mm or equivalent I/C section of height 1.05 above bridge surface with minimum anchor length of 30 cm including hold fast of 25 mm diameter MS bar welded at the bottom and concreting of 1:3:6 of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm with three rows of 40 mm B class GI pipe provided at 30 cm on center to center including scaffolding and one coat of anticorrosive paint with two coats of oil painting, curing of concrete etc. complete.

Item No.8:-Providing and fixing gauge plate of FRP sheet very sturdy both sides, gel coat finish composite material, sandwich with M S strip by contact moulding process, engraved moulded band width and figures with computerised gauge marking with reflective radium pasting, spray lamination with polyurethane chemical for surface protection including material reqd for fixing, nut bolts, washers,Nylonrope, hanger, drilling machineetc. complete as directed.

Item No. 9:- Providing and fixing Road junction / Information sign board of size 1.20 m x 0.90 m. prepared on 16 gauge M.S. sheet with angle iron frame of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm with cross bracing of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm including painting with one coat of zinc cromate stoving primer and two coats each of green/white back ground and back side gray stove enamelled, bonded with red retro reflective sheet Engineering grade, border / letters / numeral /arrows, coated with non pealable crystal clear protective transperent coat retaining 100% reflection includingtwo angle iron post of size 65 x 65x 6 mm of 3.65 m. long inflated at bottom drilled on top and painted in whiteand black bands of 30 cm. with 4 Nos. high strength G.I. bolts and nuts of size 10 mm dia. and 20 mm long sheet and angle iron post in one piece without joints including all taxes, conveying, fixing in ground with M-20 cement concrete of 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm size as directed by Engineer-in- charge etc. complete. Mild Steel sheet with Engineering grade.

Item No 10:-Providing and fixing RCC Boundary/Guard/Chainage blocks of size 75 x 20 x 20 cm including excavation and fixing in a block of 45 x 45 x 45 cm in M-15 Concrete with oil painting of two coats, lettering etc. complete as directed.(height of stone above GL 40 cm.)

Item No. 11 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 12:-Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Item No. 13:-Providing, fabricating and fixing in position permanent structural steel supports through adit / itself as per details including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, bending, welding, grinding, lighting, ventilation, drainage and all other ancillary operations etc complete with all lifts.
