Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type plinth mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load), Level -II, AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 1000 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with M4 Grade or Better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 and shall comprise of the following :- (a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 3 core 120 Sq mm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Airrelease valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Unidirectional roller wheel. (n) Other accessories as per manufacturer design. (o) Oil temperature indicator, winding temperature indicator, marshling box single window, double flit buchhloz relay with alarm and trip contact. NOTE : Transformer shall be supplied inclusive of initial oil filling to appropriate level of insulation oil with desired dielectric strength. Cost of Provn of plinth for transformer as per OEM drawing shall be deemed to be included in the cost inserted by the bidders

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of gang operated air-break switch, triple pole off load, with drop out fuse set insulator , mounted on channels outdoor, vertical mounting type HT 11KV, 50 Hz of rating 200 Amps, ISI marked, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level with adequate lenth of GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade , and locking arrangements including , complete with fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements having suitable rating in respect to load , necessary electric connections, complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 20kA/3-sec, outdoor (IP55), RMU (Ring Main Unit) 4-way comprising of 02 Nos manually operated Load Break Switches and 02 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type spring-charging VCBs, electrolytic grade copper bus bars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank with minimum thickness 3+0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection, internal-arc classified 20kA/1sec as per IEC62271-200, on-site-repairable with site replaceable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have pad lockable double-door access with anti-theft hinges, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site. (A) 02 Nos Incoming Load Break Switches module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each switching-unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch-disconnector and earthing switch. Relay shall have the facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping and shall be communicable on MODBUS. M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled Red, with letters, figures, and coventional skull and bones, in signal white colour and fixed with MS CLAMPS, bolts, and nuts of approved size, for HT 25 X 20CM size complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cable route indicator comprising of cast iron disc 100 mm & 3 mm thick with inscription "MES HT/LT XLPE CABLE" & fixed with angle iron 25x25x3mm & 30cm long with GI bolt & nut embedded in the ground in route of the cable in PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting LT supply, earthing connection from LT Panel of any cap and any size and M& L for taking down the old unsv LT Panel from it's own position complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting LT supply, earthing connection from LT Panel of any cap and any size and M & L for shifting of the LT Panel / feeder piller from one pocket to another pocket as directed and reinstall to new place by connecting LT connection, Earthing connection carefully without any damage complete all as specified and directed
