All kinds of soil as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 2.8.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.1.2

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form. Foundation as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.9.1

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Above Plinth Lvl as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.2.2

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form. Column as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.9.6

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 6.1.2

R.C.C work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Above Plinth Lvl as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.2.2

Earth filling in plinth in ordinary soil including with earth cartage upto 2 Km & all as per SI. No. 253, 261(b), 231(a).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 6.4.2

R.C.C work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (Slab) as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.3

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form. Slab as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.9.3

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work i/c straightening, cutting. bending, placing in position & binding i/c all as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 5.22.3

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :13.62.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm as per DSR-2023 S.I.No.13.62.1.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle 35x35x5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron by angle iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, i/c fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-IOn-charge as per DSR no 10.31

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S gusset plate at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete i/c applying a primer coat of approved steel primer using flats 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece as per DSR 10.5.2

Providing and Laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption les than 0.08% and confiorming to IS:15622, of approved make , in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) , jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm i/c grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. size of tile 600x600 mm as per DSR 11.41.2

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ) finished with floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. 40 mm thick floor 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. As DSR-2023 S.I No. 11.3.1

Providing and fixing glass stirips in joints of terrazo/cement concrete floors 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick as per DSR 11.13.1

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class pvc conduit, with mdular type switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.DSR 2025 no.1.10.3

Wiring point for 5Amp plug with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in heavy guage rigid steel conduit partly concealed in wall and partly laid in slab alongwith the reinforcement before concreting, complete with14 SWG copper earth continuity wire and piano type switch and socket etc., complete in all respect including matching colour wash. as per sor 134C +187C

Supply and fixing of power plug with 20A/250 V flush type switch and 5 Pin 20 A/250V flush type universal socket in suitable M.S. box including supply of all material, labor T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per sor 1139(A)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. metal( Aluminium alloy) blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, steel/Al body Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value as below, 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) less than 10%, suitable for operation with regulator for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 0C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply, Ceiling Fan compliant to IS 374:2019 fan i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required. 1200mm, service value ≥ 6.0 CM/Min/Watt, air delivery 210 CM/Min (Minimum) as per DSR E&M 2025 (Factor 0.755)

Supplying and fixing 5 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 240 volts `C' series, miniature circuit breaker (MCB)suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.DSR 2025.2.10.1

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180 mm X 100 mm X 60 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 A & 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.DSR 2025 no.1.30

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class pvc conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire.DSR 1.14.2

Supply and fixing hexagonal/Round G.P. fan box of approved make made up of 1.0mm thick ISI Marked G.P. sheet spot weeldeed Four to Eight holes of 25.4 mm for pipe entry of the box. Holes should be semi-shuttered type with 0.5mm G.P. Sheet made upper & lower cover duly screewed fitted with 300mm round zink coted M.S Bar X 12mm & brand name should be embossed. Fixing with wiring conduit laid in the R.C.C roof before concreting alongwith supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per sor 1149
