Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete inter1ocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (HSR ITEM 10.76)

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1½ :3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(HSR ITEM 6.39.1)

Wall painting on a cement plaster surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work. (HSR Item No. 11. 71.1)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat. (HSR Item No. 30.35.1)

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats) (HSR Item No. 30.23.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work(HSR Item No. 30.28.1)
