Operation and maintenance of Power supply HT & LT installations, Standby DG Sets, Internal & External electrical & mechanical installations, Water supply pumps, Fire Hydrant,Alarm S/s & Sprinkler pumps, STP, Escalators and Elevators etc., by deploying required qualified manpower as specified in the specifications for operation, monitoring, recording performance log books, carrying out preventive maintenance activies & maintaining records, attending breakdown complaints and minor repair works to ensure serviceability on round the clock basis i/c. Sundays and Holidays etc. complete as required as per the Special Condition of Contract. .

One time Servicing, Maintenance, Testing, overhauling of 11KV/0.433KV, 400 KVA Oil type Transformer COMPACT SUB-STATION (OUTDOOR TYPE) ( Make : C & S) through OEM only as per the scope of work of Special Condition of Contract. .

Visiting and breakdown maintenance by OEM Service Engineer for 630 kva Compact Substation Dry type/400 kva Compact Substation Oil type as and when required.

Visiting and breakdown maintenance by OEM Service Engineer for Miscellaneous installations as 3-ph 1.5 HP Hydropneumatic pump/3-ph 20 KVA UPS type as and when required.

Supply of New Transformer Oil conforming to IS:335 to be supplied in non-returnable barrel.

One time Overhauling & servicing of following capacity of L&T Make ACBs along with all protection relays, testing of protection release of ACBs through secondary injection method wherever applicable, checking of IR value, functional check of all relays, cleaning of all contracts and carrying out all other necessary maintenance works as per OEM's standard etc complete as required. (i) 800 Amp ACB

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of existing 5 no. of Automatic bi-parting (2 Leafs) Sliding doors including servicing,repairing,supply and replacement of spares as per the requirement and to attend breakdown calls and quarterly visit for preventive maintenance by ensuring safe and smooth functioning of Automatic sliding doors to the satisfaction of EIC including technical support and spares from OEM or equivalent manufacturer approved by EIC. The Automatic Sliding door consists of automation systems make by GEZE(Motor,controller,Electronic components,sensors, power transmitting device,belt clamp , rollers,cable winder,cables, all safety devices,stoppers etc and i/c all other accessories and parts.The work involves quarterly visit and as and when required by service engineer for Doors , carrying out preventive and scheduled maintenance as per OEM recommendation and special condition of contract.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of existing 1X20 KVA ALPHA-33 UPS (PEGASUS make UNLE190361) through OEM only including servicing,repairing,supply and replacement of spares as per the requirement and quaterly preventive maintenance visits and breakdown visits through OEM only strictly as per the scope of work of Special Condition of Contract.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of existing 4 no. of Oasis make recessed bi level drinking water fountain, with double SS bubbler and with mechanical and sensor both through OEM only including servicing,repairing,supply and replacement of all spares(i/c refrigerant) as per the requirement and quaterly preventive maintenance visits and breakdown visits through OEM only strictly as per the scope of work of Special Condition of Contract.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of 4 no. Bluestar make storage type water purifier (RO + UV) including mandatory one time all Consumable replacement (As per the Scope of work) , with quaterly visit and any breakdown visit and covering all electrical parts,Compressor ,Refrigerant under CMC through OEM or Authorized OEM vendor,installed at various location etc complete as required as per Special condition of contract. Water Testing for 4 no . of Bluestar make water coolers(raw water & Purified water) from Govt. approved/authorized laboratory along with submitting the Water test report having following parameters BOD,COD,TSS, O&G, PH value etc including.

Lifting, lowering of 1.0 HP/2.0 HP submersible pump motor set i/c column pipe,cable, ,jointing of submersible cable and sealing of pump motor with sealant material, testing commissioning etc complete as reqd.

Repairing and rewinding of 3 phase 1.0/2.0 HP motor submersible pump set motor including replacement of motor bush, ol seal, bearings etc including dismantling the existing pump, transportation to and fro, reinstallation, testing and commissioning etc complete as required (dismantled copper wire,bushes etc need not to be returned)

Temporary lighting decoration by (i) Hiring and fixing of LED decorated colourful lighting (jhalar) of length 4-5 mtr each ( min. 200 nos such lengths for city side and Air Side canopy) in tricolour or as directed by EIC. (ii) Hiring and Fixing of LED Focus lights at each canopy pillar( 8 no. city side and 8 no Air side) in tricolour or as directed by EIC. (iii) Hiring and fixing of decorated colourful lighting (jhalar) at Garden area in front of ITB or additional area as directed by EIC. for 03 days.

CPWD Schedule of rates DSR-2018 (Electrical) items of Rs. 2,00,000/- - Chapter 01 to 17 & Appendix-I,II. The rate shall be quoted for this item as per examples given below- • Please refer clause 8 of SCC page No. 5 before quoting rates for this item. • If bidder wants to quote the rates at par with rates of DSR-2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.00 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% above the rates of DSR- 2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.10 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% below the rates of DSR- 2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 0.90 in the rate column.
