M & L for Construcion of Soakage well of size 3.00 mtr dia and 3.0 mtr deep by excavation in hard/dense soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, well of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber stone masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/RR Masonry/Filling with brick bats complete all as specified in drawings and as directed. Excavation in Earth work for all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Ref Drg CELZ/TD-1077/2011)

Excavation in Earth work for all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on fair surfaces and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl mixing of liquid water proofing admixture as per manufactures instructions complete fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified.
