Provide Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix, 1:1½ :3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas, facia, railing exceeding 60 cmheight and like complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement as required shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Provide plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops roundedor chamferred on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting, grouting cement sand mortar (1:3) or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter of fair finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood (SAL) Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed in opening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood (SAL) timber framed and fixed in scantling, wrought complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood (SAL) 40 mm thick, clean sawn boarding fixed with nails and butt joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden Windows/Doors chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including making good for fixing new frame. Note :- (i) Old shutters, frame guard bars etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of making good jambs portion.

Taking down wooden windows/ventilator/chowkhats or frames with shutter not exceeding 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame) including maxing good for fixing new frame. Note :- (i) Old shutters, frame guard bars etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of making good jambs portion for fixing new frame.

Supply and fix 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides etc including teak wood beading on all edges. Note :- Thickness of beading for hinge sides shall be 25 mm and on other three edges 6mm thick. (ii) Builder hardware shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only.

Factory made prelam PVC door frame " of size 100x45mm ((minimum) with a wall minimum thickness of 5 mm made out of extruded PVC sheet of density 600 kg/cum manufactured by an ISO-9000 certfied company and by joining 3 number heat bent PVC sheet section, the inside section of minimum size 90x30mm shall be made from prelam coloured PVC sheet of 5mm (minimum) thickness, the inside section will be covered by sticking two long brackets of 15 mm x15mm mild steel square tube, the two vehicle door frame made of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube the vertical door frame are to be reinforced with (minimum) 40mmx20mm mild steel tube of 19 gauge (minimum) through out the frame. the door frame shall be fixed to wall using 8/100mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using and or fasterners. A minimum of 04 number of screw to be provided for each vertical member and two number for horizontal members etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications and as shown on drawing No.CWE/BAM/TD-40 Sheet No.1/3 & 2/3. Note :- Gap in between frame & wall/lintel shall be filled properly with suitable materials as per manufacturer's instruction to avoid crackes after wards. (ii) Colour & design shall be as approved by GE.

Supply only Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section size 200 mm long complete.

Supply only Aluminium, anodised, handle cast type size 150 mm long complete.

Supply only 300 mm length of bolt aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed.

Supply only 100mm size mild steel butt hinges with medium weight cold rolled complete.

Supply only floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn spring, (overall length of cover plate) 140mm.

Supply and fix door closer, aluminum (extruded section) body, hydraulically regulated, designation 3, universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking, ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5 cm in length not exceeding 6 mm thick to doors, windows and ventilators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flange cut to shape , drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc., n exc 10 kg each brackets conforming to Fe-290. Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kgs each to be measured under "structural steel") complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel window with side hung shutter with box type hinges, steel peg stay, lugs, steel handles, with glazing bars complete including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel ventilator with top hung shutter with box type hinges, steel peg stay, lugs, steel handles, with glazing bars complete incl one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.80 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screw and washers in roofs with grade of zinc coating 275 gram per squaremetre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in position premium sand texured finished mineral fibre acoustic ceiling tiles of size 600x600x16mm thick and placed on GI grid powder coated snap grid ceiling, 600x600 module consisting of wall angle section 24x24 mm and tee section with web height of 38mm and flange 24mm (colour white) (having rotary stiching on all T-section) with suspension system as shown in drawing No CWE/BAM/TD-34 She 1/1 and as approved by the GE complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Ceiling tiles shall be of make Armstrong brand "DUNE RH99 (Bevelled / Tegular)" or equivalent brand of make as specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications. (ii) Thickness of GI section shall not be less than 3mm and shall be procured from the tile manufacturer. (iii) Section and hanging system shall have galvanizing of minimum 90 grams per square metre and of same make of tile. (iv) Work shall be executed by the manufacturer's authorised Vendor. (v) Old false ceiling shall be contractor property and necessary recovery shall be made as per rate specified in schedule of credit.

Material and labour cleaning the roof surface (padding) from dust/dirt and provide water proofing treatment using APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight shall not be less than 150 gms/sqm or as per IS with preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with funny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying consisting of the following operation:- (a) 10mm thick plaster/screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions when concrete is still green (PCC padding) complete all as specified & directed (Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately). (b) After the plaster is fully dried cleaning floor surface by wire brush brooming & removing dust & shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.3 Ltr per Sqm uniformily complete all as specified & directed. (c) After primer the entire roof surface applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 grade conforming to 702-1988 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm over primer. (d) Over hot bitumen laying polymeric water proofing membrance conisting of reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight shall not be less than 150 gms/sqm or as per IS ) 90 to 100 micron thick center core of HMHDPE Film with standard weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm over entire area laid with 100mm side lap/150 mm end lap on prepared surfaces and under strict supervision of manufacturer’s technical representative & sealed complete all as specified & directed. (e) Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cmx20mm thick machine pressed, set jointed with grey cement and no pigment pointed in neat cement slurry over roof slab cut and polished including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions or @ 5% by weight of cement. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid in respective item of this schedule at supply only). (f) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorized applicators only. (g) The work shall be carried out strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Supply and fix 40 mm thick perforated particle board / tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes of size 60 cm x 60 cm in size fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as levelling course on existing concrete surface over a coat of cement slurry as specified in MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cement slurry as specified in Para 13.32.7 of MES SSR Part I.

Material and labour 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete over a coat of cement slurry as specified in MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cement slurry as specified in Para 13.32.7 of MES SSR Part I.

Material and labour 300 mmX200mm X 7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of backing coat.

Material and labour 300mmx300mm x 7-8 mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

Material and labour 600mmx600mm x 10 mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

Material and labour 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab size (550x550mm) in flooring mirror polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 20mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) bedding layer including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and cement slurry shall be applied over existing concrete surface for bonding with new one as specified in MES SSR Part-I . Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of bedding layer, cement slurry, and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor.

Material and labour 2.00 mm thick linoleum flooring plain coloured, laid and sealed out with approved adhesive including cutting stretching, cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc including preparation of surface to received new floor finish/wall tiles and removing rubbish outside MOD land.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in (two coats Ist coat 10mm thick and second coat 5 mm thick) cement and sand mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, second coat mixed with WPC at the rate of three percent by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid in respective item of BOQ under supply only.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepare surface to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in square not exceeding 0.5 square metre each pane complete all as specified and directed..

Preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

15mm dia Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fitting concealed or fixed on walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealed pipe.

20mm dia Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fitting concealed or fixed on walls and ceilings etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealed pipe.

Taking down 15mm bore GI tubing and connection fixture etc from wall complete. Note :- Old retrived pipes, fittings, taps, valve etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.

Hoisting and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank double layered, 500 Ltr capacity, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection including ball brass valves high pressure of with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20mm dia polythene floated fly nut, tank nipple, 2 Nos 20mm dia union, wash out pipe etc including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tank of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Old tank with fitting shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's due payments.

Supply and fix PVC SWR bend any radius suitable for 110mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC SWR connector 110mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor or fixed to wall. Note :- (i) Fitting such as bend, tee and cowl shall be measured and paid for separtely as supply only. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured as paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

15mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy, fancy type, with long shank and cup (concealed type) chromium plated screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends (externally threaded) for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends (externally threaded) for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC braided connection 450mm long with two numbers check nut washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (Pedestal Pattern) (white) including closet seat cover, PVC flushing cistern 10 litre capacity, flushing pipe, toilet paper holder, health faucet, 15 mm bore CP brass bib tap (two way) PVC braided connection, angular stop cock (valve) with flange P or S trap etc complete all as specified in particular specification.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china urinal, full stall type (white) (back or corner wall type) fixed on wall with rawl plug etc including chromium plated brass coupling, PVC waste pipe of suitable length, chromium plated brass flush cock spreader, angular stop cock ( valve) complete all as specified in particular specification.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash hand basin (white), flat back of minimum size 580mm x 450mm with and including a pair of cast iron brackets embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 blocks of size 10x 7.5x15cm, 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe of suitable length, 32mm bore chromium plated brass waste fitting, PVC braided connection, CP coupling, pillar tap CP long neck, CP angular valve with flange, CP bottle trap etc complete all as specified in particular specifications.

Supply and fix in repair brass chromium plated towel rack with brackets fixed to wall with chromium plated brass screws 600mm long complete all as specified in particular specifications. Note :- (i) Towel rack cat part No F5002101 of Cera or equivalent model of make as specified in Appendix 'B' to Particular specifications

Supply and fix in repair sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide, 60 cm long with chromimum placted bracket guard and railing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 140mm of size PTMT grating round (minimum weight 50 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium/copper batten concealed point, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point excluding all fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fitting and fixture as directed and deposited in MES store yard of GE (AF) Bamrauli. Receipt shall be obtained before claiming the payment of new fittings. (ii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture. (iii) Old unserviceable wiring fittings, fixture, etc other than light fittings shall be contractor's property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit from contractor due payment.

Point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed single core, nominal area 1.5 sqmm with multistranded copper conductor FRLS Cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and included rigid PVC conduit (concealed) with all PVC conduit fittings such as Tees, elbows, bend, reducers etc and 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS Cables as earth wire connected to earth dolly incl metal junction box, grid plate and base plate suitable for modular switches, sockets and switch for one light point /exhaust fan point / call bell point controlled by one switch. Note : (i) The cost of chases cutting on wall for concealing conduit, metal boxes, grid plate and base plate quoted rated are included in the unit. (ii) Switches, sockets, etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

Point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed single core, nominal area 2.5 sqm with multistranded copper conductor FRLS Cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and included rigid PVC conduit (concealed) with all PVC conduit fittings such as Tees, elbows, bend, reducers etc and 2.5 sqmm unsheathed copper conductor earth wire connected to earth dolly including metal junction box, grid plate and base plate suitable for modular switch, socket for one sockets outlet on independent board controller by one switch 15/16 Amps. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscreasing of the service fitting and fixture as directed and kept in safe custody for refixing i.e like fans, regulator, geysers, light fitting, DBs etc if not specified in this item of schedule. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture. (iv) The cost of chases cutting on wall for concealing conduit, metal boxes, grid plate and base plate quoted rated are included in the unit. (v) Switches, sockets, etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix factory made sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, (protection class IP-42) double door, suitable for mounting MCBs conforming to IS : 13032, IS : 8623, BS : 5484 with 200 Amps rating copper bus bar, single pole and neutral, 8 ways, 240 volts Note :- MCBs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and fix factory made sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, (protection class IP-42) double door, suitable for mounting MCBs conforming to IS : 13032, IS : 8623, BS : 5484 with 200 Amps rating copper bus bar, single pole and neutral, 4 ways, 240 volts Note :- MCBs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and fix MCB, SP, 6 to 32 Amp rating, 230 volt, 10 KA, 'C' series fixed in DBs catered herein before..

Supply and fix MCB, Single pole and neutral, 230 volt, 32 to 40 Amp rating 10KA, C series fixed in DBs catered herein before.

Note :- (i) Fitting shall be of Make Philips Cat No RC375BLED28S/865 PSU W60L60WH, Havells, Cat No PLANO2X2PLR36WLED857S or equivalent model of make specified in appendix 'B' to particular specifications including taking down old unserviciable fittings. (ii) Light fitting of other make of higher capacity may be used without any price adjustment. (iii) Old retrived fittings shall be contractor property and necessary amount as schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.

Make Havells Model No : TURBOFORCE SP or equivalent model of make mentioned in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

Supply and fixing stranded steel wire rope as per IS 2365 : 1977 (not less than 10mm dia) to withstand the vertical pole of lightining protection including provision of tie hook in each sides of top and middle to sustain the wind pressure N/M2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PVC/China clay wall grip support suitable for fixing of vertical conductor including steel screw 3'' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour dismantling of old unserviceable/damage earth pit chamber of any size and construction of new earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) by using angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5cm, including replacement of chequered plate of thickness not less than 5mm as required size on top of earth pit cover having provision of handle for opening and closing including two coat painting with syenthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Notes (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire and GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any varriation in quantity shall be adjusted.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 150mm thickness below or above ground floor including hacking of concrete surfaces to receive new concrete / floor finishes and removing rubbish out site MOD land.

Demolition taking down and breaking up drain pipes (PVC SWR with bends etc) set any size and any location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work required shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Rubbish shall be removed out site MOD land.

Demolition of brick masonry quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar fackings, dressed stonewrk and precast concrete articles. Demolition of existing roof treatment in roofs any thickness including plastering and leaping including brick tiles or terracing tiles (Brick tiles shall be dismantled along with mud phuska) (whether full thickness removed or part there of) any description on horizontal and vertical surface and removed spoil / rubbish out side MD land. Note :- The surface shall be wired brushed and clean to receive the PCC padding.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets etc . Note :- Material retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues. (ii) Rubbish shall be removed out site MOD land.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness in roof covering, nainital or similar pattern including wind tie . Note :- (i) Material (other than servicable sheet & ridges) retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues. (ii) Rubbish shall be removed out site MOD land.

Dismantling perforated particle board / tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes fixed to wall / ceiling of any thickness .
