Note: (a)The work for sr item No.02 to 04 shall be executed directly by FOSROC company or their authorized applicator. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all kind of labours,tools and plants,scaffolding and working upto 25 mtr height from ground level. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts,ropes,helmets,safety net etc.Which are required for safety of working at height 25 mtr and all rates shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.

Dismantling/Chipping off loose concrete surfaces,pillout concrete ceiling of any type of structure of any thickness by chiselling or as directed by Engr-in-Chrage and removal of debries upto a distance of 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. (Note:Work shall be executed at various Utility installation at Delhi Cantt) (Complete removal surface to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment)

Supply and fixed of hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 2.5kg weight per squre meter cut to lengths,bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.(Note:Work shall be executed at various Utility installation at Delhi Cantt) Make :(a)Tiger Brand wire netting,Varada Manufacturing Co.,5118,Bazar Sirkiwala,Delhi-6,India Landmark Near Chawri Bazar Metro Station.(b) Suregreen Ltd Delhi.

M & L for guniting with cement-coarse sand 1:3 with and including FOSROC Nitobond SBR mixed @ 1Ltr per 50kg cement and W/C ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using stotcrete pumps and allied equipment,uniform thickness of 30mm to 50mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. (Note : Work shall be executed at various Utility installation at Delhi Cantt) (Mixture shall be verified by Engineer-in-Chrage/JE inchrage for each batch on ground,without inform to authorities workdone shall be treated as cancelled)

Dismanting of any roof treatment on concrete slab or brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof of any position and or any height ,jointed and grouted / pointed in cement mortar including cleaning serviceable tile and stacking properly for re-use, disposal of unserviceable tiles and debris /rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Work shall be executed at 33/11 Khybar grid and other Utility installation at Delhi Cantt)

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering, leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) , and mud removing to out side of defence land etc, complete all as specified and directed. (No mud stacking shall be allowed at site,demolition mud imediately remove from site otherwise penalty of Rs 500 per day shall be recoverd from contracter) (Note:Work shall be executed at 33/11 Khybar grid and other Utility installation at Delhi Cantt)

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement in roof padding of any position of any height complete all as specified

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sq.m including cleaning base surfaces complete all as per specified and directed.( (Complete treatment to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment)

M&L for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrance weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application using gas torch with an overlapping 100mm on each side complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. (Note:Work shall be executed at 33/11 Khybar grid and other Utility installation at Delhi Cantt) (Make:Sika/Pidilite/Tikitar) (Complete treatment to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment) Note: No extra chrages shall be paid for gas & other arragements.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3) and flush pointing in CM 1:3 mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed

All a per Srl item No 10 above but except tiles (old serviceable dismantled tiles obtained from Srl item No. 05 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)

M& L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work

Demolition of brick masonry work built in Cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick Ready mix plaster (Make: Ultratech readiplast / Birla Aerocon RMP / ACC Suraksha RMP) on brickwork or concrete surface of wall (External surfaces) finished even smooth with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(WPC measured and paid in separate item)

M&L for applying two coat of Apex Anti Dust Proof (Weather Proof) paint for exterior (of approved quality & tint) on old treated surfaces of walls and ceiling paint by painting roller, complete all as specified.(Make-Asian dust proof apex paint)

M&L for 15mm thick Ready mix plaster (Make: Ultratech readiplast / Birla Aerocon RMP / ACC Suraksha RMP) on brickwork or concrete surface of boundary wall finished even smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface of walls & apply two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15MM thick Ready mix plaster (Make: Ultratech readiplast / Birla Aerocon RMP / ACC Suraksha RMP) on brickwork or concrete surface of wall (Internal surfaces) finished even smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & apply two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

Taking down PVC pipe of any size of any description with fittings complete all as specifed and directed. (Note:Prior approval to be obtain from Engineer-in-Chrage for taking down pipes)

S&F 100mm cast iron soil,waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears,with cement jionts but fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm cast iron bends fixed to wall with MS clamp of requiered size to wall completed all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound .(Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+20L waterproofing chemical)
