Keeping neat and clean by sweeping and cleaning of room, floor carpets / matting’s by brushing, cleaning and dusting of furniture, cup boards, windows, other fittings, fixtures etc. complete. As detailed in specification etc.

For officers guest house / Damini

For two room field hostel.

Keeping neat and clean by sweeping and cleaning of all inside area of guest house except rooms and toilets such as corridors, meeting hall, dinning hall, reception hall, conference hall, kitchen, stair cases and roofs etc. including rubbing and floor with cloth socked in soap / vim / phenyl water required for proper completion of work including cleaning of all furnishing items with their proper placement (as detailed in specification (C)

For officer’s guest house and Damini

For two room field hostel.

For Badminton Hall

Keeping neat and clean out side areas of guest house, Damini, TRFH and out house including drains apron, cleaning and sweeping of roads, parking platforms etc, including cleaning of 02 Nos general toilets in out house including cost of all materials, labour, T&P complete (as detailed in specification (C).

Providing kitchen services and catering in Dinning hall as per rates given in annexure-A with the help of adequate no. of cooks/helpers/bearers to cater the needs of kitchen services and servicing break fast, meals, tea, coffee, snacks, water etc. to visitors/guest etc. including making available the kitchen facilities round the clock in guest house even during the no/less of occupancy period round the year including provision of additional special class cooks, helpers and bearers during the VVIP visitors /special occasion. The cost of meals etc. shall be charged from the visitors at the rates mentioned in annexure-A, Nigam will provide facilities to the contractor as mentioned in annexure-B.

Cleaning ducts in two room field hostel once in a month including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete.

Cleaning of choked 50mm to 200mm dia CI pipes of toilets,bathrooms and kitchen including cleaning of gully chamber and taking out the pipes and refixing eye in proper position also disposal of debris etc. in dust bins within 50M distance including supply of materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (Pipes if required shall be supplied by the department free of cost) one no. will be considered for cleaning of pipe line between floor trap upto gully trap chamber.)

Cleaning of chocked S.W. pipe/sewer lines of following internal diameter by rodding from man hole and well flushing after cleaning opening and closing of manhole cover and also disposal of sludge upto 50M, leads at specified place including cost of all materials,labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work one No. will be considered for cleaning of particular dia of pipe between two man holes.

Part-B : Running of One Room Field Hostel including Cleaning & Other General services in ATP, Anpara.

Providing reception and caretaking services round the clock (as per detailed specification enclosed).

Keeping neat and clean toilets of ground floor, Ist floor, IInd floor and any where else including washing floor, fittings, wash basin, WC seats, urinals, pipes, plastic, buckets and mugs etc. with Vim/Phenyle/Harpic sanifresh or equivalent and also including cleaning of dust, dirt, cobwebs etc. from the wall ceiling also removing chocking etc. including cost of all consumables materials, labours, T&P etc.complete (As detailed in specification).

Keeping neat and clean by sweeping and cleaning of floor of rooms including cleaning and dusting of furnitures, cobwebs, windows other fittings / fixtures etc, including maintaining of proper lay out of Furniture’s and fixtures etc. completed as detailed in Specification.

Keeping neat and clean by sweeping and cleaning of all the inside area of ORFH except rooms and toilets such as corridor, reception hall, stair case and roofs etc. including rubbing of floor with cloth of soaked in soap /Vim or phenyle water if required including cleaning and sweeping of drains, roads, apron and porch etc. including cost of all materials, labours T&P etc.complete as detailed in specification.

Part-C : Catering, Cleaning & Upkeeping work of FFH, ATP, Anpara.

Daily sweeping & cleaning of rooms, corridors, staircases, conference hall, garages & servant rooms, library, Lounges, entrance hall, roofs & open area in & around the field hostel and dining hall including dusting of furniture & fittings etc. including filling the water in the coolers during summer and cleaning and changing water of lily pond. (Once in fifteen days). Daily cleaning of wash basins, mirrors, bathrooms, w.c., drains, outside and inside, fixtures, window panes, buckets mugs, tumblers, jugs, with detergent like, vim, surf, sainifresh, acid, phenyl, room freshener, harpic, etc including daily wash and rubbing of floors, inside and outside of rooms with insecticides, phenyl water as per specification and direction of Engineer-in charge (all material / consumable items shall be Supplied by firm at their own cost).

Running & maintenance of field hostel including maintaining proper layout of furniture & fixtures & maintaining good look, upkeep of building through out the contract period including laundry services of bed sheets, bed covers, curtains, pillow covers, towels, napkins, mosquitoes nets etc. Record keeping of all furniture and fixtures provided in field hostel and checking out visitors / guests with all necessary bills on receipt of authorization slip from competent authority, arrangements to be made for briefing the visitors about essential services immediately on arrival as and when required including registration, billing and other managerial functions round the clock through caretakers and attendants including reception round the clock as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing kitchen services and catering in the dining hall as per rates given in Annexure with the help of suitable Nos. of cooks, helpers, waiter to cater to need of Kitchen services and serving break fast, meals, tea, coffee, snacks, water, cold drink etc. to visitors /guests including making available the kitchen facilities round the clock in Field Hostel. Deployment of additional special class cooks and waiters during VIP Visits, Parties (Items shall be paid as per rates provided in Annexure-A & B)
