S&F factory made PVC door frame (plain) (Chowkhat) of size 50mm width, 47mm height with a wall thickness of 5mm, made by of extruded 5mm PVC sheet density 600kg/Cbm manufactured by ISO 9001-2008 certified company having pattern width of 50mm and thickness of 10mm. All three frame length reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge. mitre cut at two corner and joining with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS tube or joint by fusion heat welding. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasterner. A minimum of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2Nos for horizontal member etc. as per manufacturer's specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made single piece wire gauge door/shutter solid PVC UV printed door - wood free consisting of 5mm thick solid PVC sheet on both side (both side multi colour UV printed) using steel/aluminium WPM/wire mesh and consisting frame made out of M.S. tube of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm of stiles as well as top, lock & bottom rails with PVC beading in all around. MS frames shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer. S&F 35mm thick factory UV 3D printed flush door - wood free consisting of 7mm thick solid PVC sheet on both side (one side multi colour UV printed and one side pre laminated) and consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm of stiles as well as top, lock & bottom rails MS frames shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer.
