Supply, Jointing and testing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by trenches Technology using ultra sounding Technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 160mm dia suitable for 0.6 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : - (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V, 40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 02 Nos of 12 Volts, 00 AH sealed maintenance free batteries. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness , louvers for ventilation , gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom . The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments. The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls. The lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries. Tech specification shall be as under:- (a) Input working voltage-180 -270 Volts (b) Nominal Input Voltage - 230 V , AC , 50 Hz,1 (c) On load input power factor - > 0.8 (d) On load unit watt efficiencies-> 80% (e) No load losses of complete charge-< 10%(f) Ripple contents on the load (RMS)= 1% to 5% (g) Over load - 110% for 30 minutes and will give visual indication for over load condition. (h) Boost charging - 2.4 V/Cell . (j) Float charging -2.15 V/Cell (k) Float cum boost charging-Automatically changes from one state to another state as per battery condition and will give the visual indication for either float or boost based on charging mode. (l) Reverse polarity -No damage will caused. A visual indication for reverse polarity will appear with an audio alarm. (m) Short circuit-MCB protecton provided.

Supply & installing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of apprx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate, PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by the Engg-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint in total lenth inside and up to planting depth outside. (b) Along with fixed frame on top of the pole of required materials for fixing of 04 Nos flood light made up of angle iron with dimensions of 50×50×6 mm and flat iron with dimensions of 25×10 mm. The cost of frame is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note:- The junction box shall fulfill the following standards;- Weatherproof : UV resistant due to solar radiation, Rainwaterproof, temperature resistant. IEC 60670-22: particular requirements for connecting boxes and enclosures. IEC 60695-2-11: Flame-retardant & self-extinguishing. Glow wire tested at minimum 960 deg C. Supply, drawing, connecting & testing of 3 core, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 in steel tubular pole from KIOSK/Junction box to light fittings including providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Outgoing:- (a) 100A FP 25 KA MCCB -1No Note:-. 1. The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60 439-1 and IEC 61 439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly. The contractor must be submitted routine test certificate from manufacturer/principal company in accordance with IEC 60 439-1. The type test report as per CPRI (in accordance with IEC 60 439-1) should consist with following: i) Degree of protection of system ii) Temperature Rise Limit iii) Dielectric Properties iv) Short Circuit Withstand Strength v) Effectiveness of protective circuit vi) Clearance and creepage distance vii) Mechanical Operation 2. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-1, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. 3. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. 4. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. 5.The quoted rate includes the excavation, earth work and required base for fixing the complete panel.

Supplying, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel not less than 3mm thick of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures Outdoor type with copper bus bar of capacity 630A, factory made, CPRI approved, floor mounting type, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free, anti-acid and anti corrosive, enclosure should be IP-65 Protection in accordance with IEC 60529.The gasket material shall be polyurethane while the gasket shall be internally embedded including suitable working space in bus bar chamber suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415V,50HZ,AC supply and fixed on raised PCC 1:2:4,type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) raised base with cable glands, phase indicators, internal wiring, CT of suitable Ratio, digital voltmeter and ammeter, air passing holes with proper spacing to accommodate to all control switches and other accessories, cable connections with suitable size of lugs/thimble etc including suitable size canopy to cover the panel with proper fixing arrangement including excavation and earth work including dismantling the unserviceable panel and comprising the followings. Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
