Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, fabricating, fixing and tying in position TMT Reinforcement Steel at all levels and location as shown in the structural drawing.

Providing and fixing in position door/ window /arch windows /ventilator wrought frames (chowkats) Silver Wood

Providing and fixing 40 x5mm flat iron hold fast including fixing of frames with nuts and bolts.

Providing and laying Boulder filling of specified dimensions including all carriages of material complete.

Engagement of Dewatering Pump for dewatering during excavation of work/foundation trenches/ septic tanks/sockage pits,etc including cost of fuel and pump operator, complete job.

Providing and applying average 15 mm thk cement plaster in single coat incement sand mortar 1:4 to all surfaces at all levels including surface preparation, staging, scaffolding as directed.

Lift pit Water Proofing: Cleaning the surface thoroughly, providing and applying Vandex BB 75 waterproofing system in two coats by trowelling as per manufacturer’s specifications. The 1st coat of BB 75 shall be applied to the prepared surface at coverage of 1.5 kg/sqmt. Whilst the 1st coat is still “green” a second coat comprising of Vandex BB75 at a coverage of 1.5 kg/Sqmt. The slurry coatings shall be applied with a stiff masonary brush or stiff broom and worked into every irregularity on the surface shall be done by means of trowelling or by spray only. Treatment to floor slabs shall be carried out by trowel application in 3.0 kg/Sqmt coverage of Vandex BB75 using a steel trowel into hardenced concrete slab surface including curing, cleaning etc complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Providing and applying Wall putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer in Plates/ angles / flats / tubes / channels for Lift Tower, etc all complete.

Providing and fixing of G.S powder coated High Rib sheet roofing including cost of screws, etc in roofs, walls, gables, etc complete as per directions of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of 10mm thick Ready made wooden Panneling in sofits including cost of screws, etc in Softs, walls, gables, etc complete as per directions of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Powder coated ridges or hips of width 45cm over all width plain G.I sheet fixed with nails.

Providing and fixing of planed ornamental eaves boarding 250mm x 25mm size of 1st Class Budloo wood.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (Two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete on all surfaces.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels and braced with flat iron diagonals with top and bottom rail of T -iron, steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, toppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,

Providing and fixing of 4.50mm thick ACP of specified colour, design, dimensions & pattern including all frame work of steel/ aluminium of specified size at specified spaces including scaffolding complete job as per directions of Engineer incharge.

PART-B (LIFT/ MECHANICAL WORKS) Design , Supply , Installation , Testing and Commissioning of Passenger Elevator (G+3 & Passenger 10 No's) including system control panel including all necessary Chanelles/Gauders and all other accessories complete Technical Parameters are attached and need to be filled by the bidder. Note: AMC should be for 03 years post normal one years of warranty. The period of this maintenance shall commence from the date of handing over of the lift.
