Supply, laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 50 Sqmm ACSR Conductor complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site and fixing of GI V cross-arm with top Bracket including clamp duly fabricated as per site requirement including clamps(50x8 mm), GI Nuts & Bolts,washers etc complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site,Installation,testing and Commissioning of 11kV Polymeric composite Pin Insulators 12kV, 5kN, Lighting Impulse 75kV Positive and 80kV Negative, creepage distance 320mm complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply and fixing of Galvanised Stay Set with 50x8mm stay clamp, guy insulator(2Nos.), anchor plate (200x 200 x 6) mm, nut-bolts, 2 Nos turn-buckles, 1.8m long, 16 mm diameter solid GS stay rod & 7/3.15 mm dia GI stranded wire complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply, Carraige upto site, installation, testing and Commissioning of LT Distribution Box for 250 kVA DTR with 400 MCCB 3P 36 kA for incomer & 200 Amp MCCB 3P 16 kA 1 No.s and 160 Amp MCCB 3P 16 kA 2 No.s for Outgoing Circuits..complete in all respects as per standards.

Earthing of substation-Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000 mm, installation of Earthing pipe of 40 mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thickness & length 2.5 mtr long as Per IS 1239. GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 25 mmx3 mm, for connection of transformer body,G.O set & lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts,refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth Chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site, fixing of G I Muky Clamps. As per standards

Supply,Carraige upto site, fixing of 45 KN Shackale insulators as per standards.

Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per Standards 0.5cum/0.45 cum pole comlete in all respects.

Earthing of steel tubular poles complete by GI pipe 40mm or GI rod 20mm 3.0 mtr long through GI strip 25x3 as per standards.

Painting of Poles with one coat of Red Oxide and two coats of alimunium paint to give uniform shine.

Supply and fixing of GI barbed wire Anti climbind Device with clamps complete in all respects as per Standards

Supply and fixing of danger plates with clamps complete in all respects as per Standards

Three Phase Whole Current Trivector meter (Prodigi)

NOTE: 1.The rates quoted by the bidder for all the items shall be inclusive of GST/freight/insurance/storage/installation/testing and any other charges FOR Creation of 250kVA/ new Substations along with HT/LT network under the jurisdiction of ED Budgam, KPDCL.
