Fabrication, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of 1840 Coffee Kiosks for Women Self Help Groups at Various Locations Across Karnataka

Experience in Government or Private Sector: Fabricators/Manufacturer in Metal fabrication of Food Kiosk/Mobile Canteen, Kitchen Equipment or any similar work for 3 years in the last 5 Financial years are eligible (2020-21 to 2024-25).

The bidder should have supplied Food Kiosks/Mobile Canteens/Kitchen Equipment for a minimum cumulative value of Rs. 20 Crores 80% of the tender value) during any one financial year out of the last three financial years

The bidder should have an Average Annual turnover as mentioned under SECTION 1 schedule of requirement, during the preceding three continuous financial years out of last four years. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

The agency must be a registered entity for more than 5 years in India as on date of submission of RFP.

The bidder should have positive net-worth during the preceding three continuous financial years out of last four years. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

The bidder shall have a fully functional Fabrication/Manufacturing Centre. Further, the successful bidder shall establish and maintain a fully functional Service Centre within the State of Karnataka upon award of the bid

The bidder should have valid documentary proof of GST registration.

The bidder should agree to a minimum Warranty of 2 years for the Fabrication and Body building&ensure availability of service, space for the 3rd party equipment

The Bidder should undertake that the components/materials/accessories/sub-assemblies used in the fabrication work are genuine&not have been blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt.

The bidder should fabricate a sample Coffee Kiosk as per the specifications and keep ready while submitting their bid and upload the photographs of the same along with the Technical bid.

Registration Certificate and Model Certificate issued by the Competent Authority to be obtained as specified vide Office Memorandum No. F.No.6/18/2019-PPD issued by Ministry of Finance, GOI dt.23rd July 2020 and GO of GoK vide No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru Dated: 1-4-2023
