Construction work of Dubeypurwa Link Road

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.50 m tramsporting to site, spreading, grading to required stope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2b with lead upto 1000bm as per Technical Specification Clause 301.50 ( Excluding Royaltiy)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type B screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 mm to 22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of the road with Straight Over Burnt bricks 8 cm. wide and 12 cm. deep laid with mud mortar including labour and s/o brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour, T&P, sundries required for proper completion of work as per SI No.765.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleanig of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Including cost of Emulsion)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per SQM on the surface treated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including cost of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm average thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates VG 10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including cost of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Including cost of Bitumen VG-10)

Construction of Shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.50 m tramsporting to site, spreading, grading to required stope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2b with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.50 ( Excluding Royaltiy)

Constuction of Culvert :Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. As per SI No. 251

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. as per SI No. 281

Providing and laying dry brick ballast (O.B.B.) under and half round of the pipe including cost of all materials T&P etc complete.

First Class brick work in 1 : 4 cement and course sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI no 305(b)

Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574.

Concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone grits in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials labours and T&P etc. Required for completion of the work as per S.No. 279(B).

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar with cement and coarse sand of mortar in 1:4 SI.No. 584

Supply & laying of 600mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supply & laying of 1000mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Colour washing one coat, using approved colouring materials of buff, blue, grey or brown shade, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Two Coat)

Lettering and painting of culvert no. Plate 30x30cm of standard size with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board of MS Plates of 1.6mm thick size 1200 x 900 duly welded on angle iron frame 45x45x5 with cross legged flat iron of 35x6mm duly welded for gross support of vertical angle iron post of 3 meter height. Lower end of vertical support will be welded to 2 No 75x75mm of 12 SWG sheet duly embedded in cement concrete in M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600mm, 600 below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides, Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and plates will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as er drawing clause-1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing and laying of KM Stone of standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting of KM stone with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of KM Stone, transpotation to site and all materials, labour T&P etc. required proper complete of work.

Providing and laying of Hecto Meter Stone of standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting of Hecto Meter Stone stone with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of Hecto Meter Stone Stone, transpotation to site and all materials, labour T&P etc. required proper complete of work.
