Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for providing PU coated machine pressed cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 20mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, including dismantling existing concrete paving tiles of any description complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : NAVEEN/SPARTEK/NITCO

M&L for PU coated machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment (approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade including laid over 50mm thick sand cushion bed and preparing the surface to uniform level to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and paving's n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6) ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface of sub base etc complete all as directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4,(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) in kerb stones with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved primer all specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius using old size brick built in CM 1:6

M&L for walling of squared rubble masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, brought upto courses built in CM (1:6)

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:3)

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) , type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in holdfasts, copings and the like complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish outside the MOD land complete all as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290, Grade -E- 165 complete all as specified.

S&F hard drawn mild steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and size of aperture as per site requirement weight not exc 4.00 kg per sqm including necessary welding and dismantling old wire fabric complete all as specified.

M&L for ornamental and intricate design of MS Framed work as in gates, grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Grade-E-165 and portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, holdfasts, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh , size and type complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type, to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc., including binding wire and taking down old chain link fencing complete all as directed.
