Material and labour for 18mm thick perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60 cm x 60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for second class soft wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, fixed with nails, cross-sectional area exc. 13.0 sq.cm but not exc. 25.0 sq.cm (as in STUDS), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing continuous (piano) hinges, cast brass, bright polished, 30 mm width of flaps(when open) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 100 mm size Hasp and staple, safety type, brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for second class soft wood plain, fillets, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face, wrought, fixed with screws, cross-sectional area not exc. 3.0 sq.cm (as in CORNICES), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade or tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new wood or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade or tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour providing cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plate, fillets, padding over chajjas and embedding blocks for hold fasts etc and similar works, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood, factory made, 35mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. (Note: The size of rails and styles shall be as per IS : 1003 (Part-I).

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Flush shutters, factory made, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides , covered with lipping/frame to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood, 30mm thick plain framed, glazed and skeleton shutter , open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8, Clause 8.20 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkats.

Material and labour for 1.5 mm thick, decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls (exc. 400 sqcm but not exc. 0.10 Sqm) built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineerr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mortice lock, brass body, two lever, vertical type,100mm size fixed in door/cupboard complete all as specified and directed by Engineerr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.
