Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning / clearance of blocked WC (any type) at any floor from WC to first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, including disposal of sludge / waste materials upto 50 mtr and burrying the same in a pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (a) Cost of excavation and removal of surplus soil for pit for burrying the wastes/sludgs etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.

Cleaning / clearance of blocked kitchens, bathroom, WHB from Nahani /floor trap to gully trap / Ist manhole and making the drain pipe full functional by flushing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including disposal of sludge /waste material upto 50m and burrying the same in a pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (a) Cost of excavation and removal of surplus soil of pit for burrying the wastes/sludgs etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.

Dewatering of septic tank/soakage well of any depth and description by manual or with sewage pump and sewage tanker after pluging of incoming sewage line and throwing water into non residential area or in drain/nallaha complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes, septic tanks of any depth and description including inlet and outlet chambers removing the waste material removing the same outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of underground drain pipe of 150 mm bore including manholes by rodding from manhole to manhole, manhole to septic tank, flushing with water taking out sludge and other materials blocking the drain pipes, carrying/removing the same outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes foundations of poles/stays/pipes etc .not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete, (Nominal Mix), type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, (Nominal Mix), type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, (Nominal mix), type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, coping, apex stone, bed plates and lintel upto 1.6m clear span etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast reinforced cement concrete, (Nominal mix), Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab, manhole cover, shelves and similar articles with plain face, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately

Reinforced cement concrete, (Nominal mix), type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per serial item No 19.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed with best quality lacally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, wellbonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per serial item No 21.00 here-in-before but except stones complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Old stones obtained against demolition shall be used.

Form work to sides and soffits of suspended slab, such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finish surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 150mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compund, finished surfaces fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cast Iron floor trap with dia of outlet 75mm with CI grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 40mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement with spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

50mm thick cement concrete M-10 (Nominal mix), type C-1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demucking of filled soil in drains of any size depth or section in any condition as per site requirement and spreading along road side berms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting/clearing of small plants, bushes, wild vegetation growth and removal of rubbish and other materials upto a distance exc. 50mtr but n. exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for serial item No 1 to 40: - (i) Contractor of his rep will report at complaint cell/office in the morning by 9:00 Hrs to receive day to day complaints. (ii) All the sewage pump, tool and plant and other allied arrangement for making sewage line functional will be made by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt and cost shall be deemed to be included with quoted unit rate. (iii) The details of Safai wala shall be submitted by the contractor to GE through Engineer-in-charge Name, Father’s name, Full address with passport size photo, covid test and insurance of employees (Safai wala) within 15 days commencement of work alongwith insurance from Govt Agency. (iv) Details of bldgs Nos or location/position of septic tank, manhole, soakwell shall mentioned against each job in Register. (v) Complaint should br attend/completed within 48 Hrs after receiving complaint slip failing which a penalty of rate 500/- will be recovered from the contractor.

Vitreous china squatting pan water closet, orissa pattern, size 580x440mm, white with integral foot rests including 'P' or 'S' trap of same material (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), provn of cement concrete/lime concrete and jointing to flush pipe (fixed in repair) and making good to dismantled/damaged tiling floor in cement mortar M-15 (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Vitreous china coloured wash down water closet pan (Padestal Pattern), (fixed in repair), including connection to flush pipe, 'P' or 'S' trap, with fixing bolts PVC seat cover with chromium plated mild steel hinges device (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), and making good to dismantled/damaged tiling floor in cement mortar M-15 (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tiles exc. 0.06 SQM and but n.exc. 0.11 SQM in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F (in repair) angle valves cast copper alloy 15 mm, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions including necessary fitting as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F as (in repair) bib tap 15 mm bore fancy type cast copper alloy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for priming surfaces with applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound of make as approved in technical instruction 5/2003. (i) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous comopund @0.253 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Second layer of slurry cement @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous comopund @0.126 Kg/Sqm as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
