Sch 'A' Part-IV MISC ITEMS (TO BE QUOTED BY CONTRACTOR) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply only modular blanking plates 1 Module complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING: - Supply, install, commissioning and testing of hi wall split Air Condition units in Stone walls - Type: Split AC, Inverter Model, 5 Star Rating, adhering to Specified BEE & EER above 3.1, Refrigerant R 410 A Environmental Friendly Gas - indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in-built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, Evaporator & Condenser Coils 100% Copper tubing and of capacity 2.0 TR with Voltage Stabilizer of suitable capacity, copper piping, service wire, outdoor mounting stand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer capacity 5.0 KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air-cooled indoor type & designed input variation between 170V to 250V with output stabilized at 230V with accuracy + 2.5% complete all as specified and directed.

S&F copper tubing suitable for the hi wall split Air Conditioning in extended lengths as required from indoor to outdoor and suitable insulation of Nitrile Rubber insulation for fixing arrangement commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Design, Develop, Integrate and Commission SCADA System along with various analysing equipment for STP SCADA System as indicated and as per details attached. The STP SCADA system shall comprise of followings: -

(a) Master Control station with suitable PC of latest configuration LED monitor 55 inch and Windows 11 professional of latest configuration with intel core i7, 12700 generation, 16 GB RAM DDR-4, 1 TB SSD, 4GB integrated graphic Card, including complete accessories like mouse, key board complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge (b) UPS of Capacity of 2 KVA with Output voltage 230V AC+/-10% of frequency 50HZ +/-1% with min 90 minutes backup with full suitable battery condition. Off mode battery charging with high voltage protection battery warranty of at least 2 years. These Specifications are minimum and all in one PC with specifications higher than these shall be acceptable. UPS MODEL: V Guard model Splendour Plus-600 or equivalent in Luminous/Microtek PC Make: - HP, Dell, Lenovo. (c) S & F laser jet printer with single function Colour with USB connection with printing speed of min 40 pages per minute with 512MB RAM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Make: HP, Canon, Epson, Samsung)

Note: - Bidder/OEM should maintain the stationery and cartridges for printer throughout the warranty period without any extra cost to the department. (d) Server for more than 1 STP being monitored centrally. (e) Data Gateway. (f) SCADA software which can be operated, programmed, and modified by agencies other than the developer. (g) SITC of PLC based automatic control and monitoring system for STP operations, including operation blower, pump, valries and instruction on (DO, PH, level sensors). The PLC shall support automatic sequence control, data logging, and SCADA communication through modbus/ Ethernet. The panel shall be industrial grade, confirming to IEC 61131 and IS 8623, housed in IP 65 weather proof enclosure, fully wired, programmed and tested before commissioning. (h) Suitable communication system with modem and broad band connection, including payment of telecom service provider bills and internet payment. (j) Pressure transmitters. (k) Ultrasonic sensors. (m) Flow meters and switches. (n) Air release solenoid valves. (o) Online continuous effluent monitoring system (OCEMS)

Notes: (i) Design of communication system shall be done by the bidder. Cloud-based server/data storage/communication shall not be used and only local server-based systems shall be designed. (ii) The cost of each item shall be attached to arrive at pricing in in case of some additions/reductions at site. (iii) Operating system, software, and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency. (iv) The memory in hard disk shall be suitable for six months’ data. The backup storage device/ devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six month old up to 5 years. (v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same. (vi) The responsibility of the agency is restricted to intimate mechanical and electrical failure such as pump, compressors etc. Such repairs shall be carried out by MES.(vii) Operation and maintenance charges to be paid separately. (viii) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations.

(h) Suitable communication system with modem and broad band connection, including payment of telecom service provider bills and internet payment. (j) Motorised butterfly valves. (k) Pressure transmitters. (l) Ultrasonic sensors. (m) Flow meters and switches. (n) Air release solenoid valves.

The PLC shall communicate with the central SCADA system through modbus RTU/ TLP over Rs - 485/ Ethernet, collect real time data from energy meters, breakers, and sensors and enable local/ remote operation. The panel shall be modular type confirming to IEC 61131, housed in IP 54 (indoor)/ IP 65 (outdoor) enclosure, fully wired, programmed and tested as per IS/IED 61439. (h) Suitable communication system with modem and broad band connection, including payment of telecom service provider bills and internet payment. Notes: (i) Design of communication system shall be done by the bidder. Cloud-based server/data storage/communication shall not be used and only local server-based systems shall be designed.

(ii) The cost of each item shall also be attached to arrive at pricing in in case of some additions/reductions at site. (iii) Operating system, system software, and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency. (iv) The memory in hard disk shall be suitable for six months’ data. The backup storage device/ devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six month old. (v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same. (vi) The responsibility of the agency is restricted to intimate electrical failure such as failer of transformers, VCBs, distribution panels, LT/HT lines etc. Such repairs shall be carried by MES. (vii) Operation and maintenance charges to be paid separately. (viii) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations.

Operate SCADA system for Sewage Disposal during defect liability period of two years without manning complete all as specified and directed. (Quoted rate shall not to exceed 4% per year of quoted rate of item No. 9 above) Note:-In case, bidder quoted rate is more than 4% of quoted rate of item No.09 above, the rate will be restricted to a maximum of 4 % per year of quoted rate of item No. 09 above and accordingly quoted rate of this item will be amended.

Operate SCADA system for Water supply during defect liability period of two years without manning complete all as specified and directed. ( Quoted rate shall not to exceed 2% per year of quoted rate of item No. 10 above) Note:-In case, bidder quoted rate is more than 2% per year of quoted rate of item No.10 above, the rate will be restricted to a maximum of 2 % per year of quoted rate of item No. 10 above and accordingly quoted rate of this item will be amended.

Operate SCADA system for External Electrification during defect liability period of two years without manning complete all as specified and directed ( Quoted rate shall not to exceed 2% per year of quoted rate of item No. 11 above) Note:-In case, bidder quoted rate is more than 2% per year of quoted rate of item No.11 above, the rate will be restricted to a maximum of 2 % per year of quoted rate of item No. 11 above and accordingly quoted rate of this item will be amended.

Note for item No 12 to 14 above :- (a) contractor shall submit month-wise breakdown detail in hard copy alongwith soft copy to GE. (b) necessary expenditure for submission of hard copy and soft copy shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor. (c) Deployment of manpower shall not be required.

Operation and comprehensive maintenance of SCADA system For Sewage Treatment Plant as under- Note: - (a) Cumulative payment shall be made after defect liability period on a not-exceeding basis as per following schedule: -
