Providing and filling in position bitumen Covering of expansion joint mix filler of proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand for expansion joints. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The compacted thickness of stone soling laid shall be measured for payment.)

225mm thick SOLING: Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness 225MM with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The compacted thickness of stone soling laid shall be measured for payment.)

BRICK WORK: Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

Plaster 20mm thick for wall: Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chamber: Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be Nost less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) :With common burnt clay F.P.S. (Nosn modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (work includes removing old fixtures) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

455x610 mm rectangular rcc cover the weight of the cover to be Not less than 23 kg :- Providing and fixing rcc chamber cover with frame of size weight and numbers as specified including cost of necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete and 1:4 cement mortar for fixing, painting the frame and cover with two coats of approved paint of approved shade etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

300 mm RCC SPUN PIPE: Providing fixing lowering and laying RCC spun pipes cement pipe or RCC hume pipe (class NP2 of ISI) with necessary collars jointing with hemp yarn and cement1:1 including embedding in walls beams floors etc. caulking the joints finishing alighting to proper level etc. Complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing FRP gratings Including MS framing of angel section of 50x50x5 (Thickness-25mm, width 400mm and suitable length) in position over the rain water drains as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineering- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Using Acrylic emulsion paints ( Plastic Paints) Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned below of approved make First quality Asian Paints to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors, aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge

For metal surface like staircase, channels and doors for the enamel paint Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned below of approved make First quality Asian Paints to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors, aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge

Paver block : Providing & laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block heavy duty of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand filling the joints with coarse sand etc., a;; complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Curb stone: stone providing fixing curb stone of 300x300 section and 200 in width block heavy duty of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand filling the joints with coarse sand etc., a;; complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Light colour E.W.C.: Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with capacity as mentioned below, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. It should include 'P' or 'S' trap as per approved make with left or right vent in position including fixing it on chair bracket or wall bracket. Filling murrum bought from outside: Filling under floors with available earth / murrum/debris or brought from outside sources spreading in 200mm thick layer, watering consolidating to 150mm thickness and finished to desired levels etc. complete.
