Cleaning of semi under ground sumps ,storage capacity of water above 1.00 lacs and upto 2.00 lacs gallons throughly by removing mud, grits etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Cleaning of semi under ground sumps ,storage capacity of water above 50000 glns and upto 80000 gallons throughly by removing mud, grits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of semi under ground sumps ,storage capacity of water above 25000 gallons and upto 50000 gallons throughly by removing mud, grits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for srl Item Nos 01 to 6 :- Rates quoted shall deemed to includes for:- (i) Cleaning inner surfaces of tank complete by scrapping with steel wire brushes, pressure wash, removing mud, sludge collected inside the tank manually to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs. (ii) Washing with clean water & bleaching powder or with high strength calcium chloride mixture thoroughly internally, removing leftout sludge, if any, to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs including writing capacity of sump, cleaning date & due date of cleaning with black synthetic enamel paint as per existing pattern.

Supply and fixing for mild steel work for manhole cover, stair case steps etc made of MS angle/ flats/channels etc of the same design, size and specifications including cutting out top and bottom to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation after demolition of existing covers,steps, structures etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated steel & iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing pattern or scheme complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down water meter level indicator, electronic type, for over head water tank reservoir, comprising of five stage magnetic sensor concealed in stainless steel tube of required length & features of alarm on low and high levels with indications to make it fully serviceable/functional by renewal of defective parts after taking down/out as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing water meter strainers, dirt box, 100 mm bore to 200 mm bore , any make/model, fixed at any location and cleaning of jalli,replacement of packing seal etc. to make it functional including making good connections with gasket rubber sheet , nuts & bolts, fixed in horizental/inclined/ vertical position complete all as specified and as directed . .

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode in ground to depth not less than 2.25 deep below ground level connected to galvanised steel washer etc GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth lead wire both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 m all as shown etc electric plate No 5 of MES SSR part I, other end connected to earthing lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolt, nuts and check nuts and electrical main switch board (inside the building) GI protection pipe burried in ground, laid under floors/plinths or walls on concealed in walls etc with provision of mixture of charcoal dust and common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate including refilling pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, precast RCC cover using XPM reinforcement weighing not less 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover and frame all as shown in electric plate of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion after taking down/out as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed . Note :-- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at NO extra cost (till the desired earth resistance is obtained).

An amount of Rs 41500.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
