Chipping of existing deteriorated damaged & loose concrete from the external surfaces of the structure of OHT by mechanical means or by using wire brush/ chisel/ hammer etc without damaging the structure, cleaning further to expose the sound concrete using wire brush including removing the loose scale of corrosion etc from the exposed reinforcement to make it free from dust, residues etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note For Item No 01 to 22 :- The rate shall also include disposal of waste/ rubble/ spoil etc from site of work to outside of MD land as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The lead and lift as required including provision of standard steel scaffolding upto a height 21 mtr and necessary safety equipments rate shall deemed to have been included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be admitted at a later date in this respect).

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on concrete surfaces by using steel wire brushes and washing the surface with jet of water, define the crack with sharp edge tool then clean and moisten. Applying ready to use acrylic polymeric non-shrink "Paintex-4" of Make : Choksey and equivalent upto 10mm depth and 12mm wide cracks and finish at ht upto 21 mtr complete after 24 hr inspection and if required as a result of auto-suction, provide another filling over the same all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for removal of all rust materials from the corroded reinforcement cleaned by wire brush further cleaned with air blower/ water jet & finally cleaned by rust removing agent Rust remover and passivator (Modified acid with different additive base, single component) Make: Choksey and equivalent technical specification and manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying one coat of polymer based bond on the prepared concrete surface with Master latex of Make : Choksey and equivalent as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for and placement of ready to use non shrink, cementious free flow micro concrete Master rock basic of make : Choksey or Equivalant materials including necessary formwork for 25-40mm depth of concrete as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing steps, beam, columns of sprial stair case of trapizoidal or unequal shape and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) with good quality reusable water tight formwork materials for fair finished surface with suitable screwing arrengements to the structure as required as per site condition upto 21 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate ) as in Sprial staircase (including landing) complete

Taking down cement or cement plaster any description from walls/ ceiling etc including racking out joints, hackinh for key & Scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on internal and external surface of concrete in CM 1:3 in two layers of 10mm thick back and 5mm thick top layer, mixed with WPC like Master proof IWP of make : Choksey or equivilant 100 ml per 50kg cement bag to top layers manufacturers instruction, finished to be fair and evenwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of WPC to be inclusive in the quoted rate of above item.

M&L for 20mm thick rendering on internal and external surface of concrete in CM 1:3 in two layers of 10mm thick back and 5mm thick top layer, mixed with WPC like Master proof IWP of make : Choksey or equivilant 100 ml per 50kg cement bag to top layers manufacturers instruction, finished to be fair and evenwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L for drilling of 16mm hole into the depth of 180mm in conctere followed by cleaning with blow pump and cleaning with blow pump and cleaning brush and fixing of 12mm rebar with Lockfix ofMake : Fosroc or equivalent with help of HILTI HDE Dispenser for lintel application complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of an expanded grout admixture Master grout CPG 01 for pressure grouting using min 15mm dia , 100mm long PVC nozzles 1 m c/c in the concrete with the help of 200mm long dummy rod. Dummy rod should be removed after the initial set of concrete. Extra after removal of dummy rod Master plug of M/s Choksey used for finishing nozzles are to be provided along the construction joint complete all as specified and directed.
