Hiring of Mandap for Buffalo: Water proof/fire proof material, Made of AL/MS super structures span of 10 mtr to 40 mtr with side height of 4 mtr/ 5.4 mtr as required with fire retardant PVC roof covers or GI sheets, Includes firm stand post for tying buffalo, Include internal lighting upto 150- 200 lux (as per BEE chart), 2 nos of Mobile charging ports on 15 feet distance, should procure electric meter & pay electric bill.

General Purpose Mandap for general use: Water proof/fire proof material, Made of AL/MS super structures span of 10 mtr to 40 mtr with side height of 4mtr/5.4 mtr as required with fire retardant PVC roof covers, including internal lighting upto 150- 200 lux ( as per BEE chart), should procure electric meter & pay electric bill.

Watch Tower for Police & Security: providing MS platform raised upto 8 to 15 feet height (As required) with top/side covered sheets of Water proof/fire proof material with stepping arrangement as directed, of size 15 feet X 10 feet, Include internal lighting upto 150- 200 lux ( as per BEE chart), should procure electric meter & pay electric bill.

Food Cafe :- Providing supplying and erecting Pandal with GI sheet ceilling and steel structure or GI sheet partitions with necessary bracing, supports, fire proof ceiling, water proofing, Include internal lighting upto 150- 200 lux. Cooking place will be provided in one corner of Food cafe, made of G.I. sheet 3.00m height & all required materials including necessary fire proof arrangement, such as fire extinguishers, sand bucket filled with dry sand & 200 litre capacity drum filled with water, coupled with water bucket.

Providing supplying and erecting Barricading for Internal Pens in Permanent wadas of strong metal pipes horizontal and vertical at 1.5/2 metres center to center horizontal above ground level, firmly affix to the ground.

Barricading on Roads & beside open Nalas, strong metal pipes horizontal and vertical at 2.5/3 meters center to center horizontal above ground level, firmly affix to the ground.

Providing supplying and erecting G.I.sheet Temporary Compound wall of required size and shape as directed & instructions & consent of authority with necessary bullies, G.I. sheet 3.00m height & all required materials including necessary arrangement, loading -unloading including all etc complete for the period.

Providing Trenches of 1 foot depth for flow of rain water towards drain, on side of Mandap/ Monsoon shed.

Providing clean Jute/Net carpet of approved quality and variety inside and in front of Shamiyana including conveying the same to and fro etc.

Providing supplying and erecting fire proof stage of required strength and capacity of required size and shape as directed with necessary stands, planks supports, cross bracing, proper carpet covering including necessary entry and exit stair case, railling (Height of 150mm to 1.20m) arrangement, loading -unloading proper finishing including all etc complete for the period.

Providing and Supplying wooden/PVC chair including all leads and lifts and arranging in proper manner.

Supplying tables on hire charges for keeping accessories with frills & covers.

Providing temporary oscillating type pedestal fan 16" (400 mm) or ceiling fan connected with necessary mains, required switchgears with continuous earthing maintaining the same during the function.

Providing temporary PVC armored cable 3.5 core 150 sq mm aluminum conductor with continuous 8 SWG G.I. earth wire complete erected with gland and lugs and switchgears.

Providing and applying fire retardant spray paint at necessary area in the premises to the satisfaction of authority including all etc.

Providing Container 20 Feet, Fully Air conditioned with, light, fan, etc on hiring basis.

Providing 1 no. of DRY CHEMICAL POWDERED “ABC” type Fire Extinguishers, 9 kg capacity with ISI certification mark.

Providing 1 no. of Sand bucket filled with clean Sand.

Providing 200 liters Drum filled with clean water coupled with water bucket.

Providing stand by Diesel generators of 125 KVA, along with diesel & operator round the clock.

Providing stand by Diesel generators of 250 KVA, along with Diesel & Operator round the clock.

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick shuttering ply on hiring wherever required as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing multipurpose Labours as per requirement during event
