Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layer including ramming dressing the surface to required levels with half tonne steel or wooden rammer and rolling every third and top most layer in roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity and including 1.50mtr, lift and all lead (earth shall be brought from a place with including cartage of earth by mechanically transport and T & P Labour etc required for proper completion earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (4.1) 400-1) B By Mix in Place Method

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (wmm) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.. 406(4.12)

Water Bound Macadam (Grading-II) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber appliying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill upth interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Water Bound Macadam (Grading-III) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber appliying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill upth interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 502 (5.1)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 2 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.
