Part A - Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the disired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401

Providing laying, spreading and compactong stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including speading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405(4.8-3)

Providing and laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.20 to 5.60 mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying with a three wheele 80-100KN static Rooler capacity, finished to required leve & grades Bitumen @ 14.6Kg/10Sqm agea for premixing including Taxesx, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per MORD specification No. 508 ( Rates including of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 513

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressuredistriutor at the rate of 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Machanical broom including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503 (Rates Including of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and applying primer coat with Emultion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreding primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechincal means before Applying prime coat the surface will be cleaned with air compressor and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The prime coat will be applied 24 hrs before the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per MORD Specification No. 502

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm (3") wide and 12cm (4 1/2) deep laid with mud nortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to reqired template & ramming the excavated eart as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Brick soling with M-150 bricks laid on edge & dry brick edging on both side including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work or slop as per direction of E/I

Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50m n depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including lift 1.5m and lead 30m the earth inform of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the E/I . S.I. No 253 (a)

Providing & fixing Typical informatory sign board asper MORD specification and drawing. Three M.S. plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duty welded with M.S. flat iron 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade black of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enametat on both sides. Lettering and Printing arrows, border etc.will be painted with ready mixed sign thick enamd paints of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.

Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. Including VAT 100 mm (Rubber molded) 16.68 Part B

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift up 1.50 M & lead upto 30m including filling watering and ramming of excevated earth upto the trenches or into the space between the building & sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and remocal & disposal or surplus earth as directed by the E/I as upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (SI 251) Part B

Providing & laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone ballast 40mm nominal size) & curing complete, including cost of form work. In Foundation & floors. (SI 273) A Part B

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement C/sand of in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P ect. Required for proper completion of the work. D.S.R. No. 6.1.2 Part B

12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortor over brick work minium thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (584 -II) Part B

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work all work upto plinth level PWD SI.No 279 Part B
