Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge exceeding 63mm and not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Post, boundary pillars, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains & benching of manholes and finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs of manholes and drains and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished heavy duty chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry including filleting to edges in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in posts built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections conforming to Fe 410 (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based corrugated / trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.
