BOQ PART-I (M & O PORTION) Manning operation and comprehensive maintenance to existing sewage treatment plant of capacity 2 MLD including all civil structures/Chambers, connected equipmnets, panels, cables etc as per inventory given in PS here in after, in three shifts( 01 FGM skilled per shift) per day including Sunday and holidays, with all consumable materials including chemicals as required complete all as directed to ensure that treated Sewage meets the parameters given in PS here in after including the following :- (i) Operation of main Sewage Pumping Station/set and Sewage Treatment Plant complete. (ii) Preventive & breakdown maintanance of all the equiptment by regular Oiling, Greasing etc during the period of work order. (iii) All Installations and sarroundings to be kept neat and clean by removing Shurbs, Grass etc and providing spares. (iv) Minor repair such as gland packing/leakage , nut bolts, electric connections if requied at site shall be included in the quoted rate. (v) To provide oil, grease and required spares for operation and comprehensive mainenance during the period of work order. (vi) To maintenance/ repair/ replacement of all electrical equiptments including Wiring, panels, MCBs, pumps, DG sets and other related E/M items required for satisfactory running of STP. (vii) Display board has to be installed at the installation by the contractor displaying the under mentioned items:- (a) Minium fare wages. (b) Contractor's Name, Firm name (c) Contractor's Mobile Number (viii) Repair to system in case of break down (due to normal wear and tear) within 24 hours, in case of faluire noticed more than 24 hours, recovery shall be effected @ Rs 500/- per hour beyond 24 hours (ix) Cleaning of bar screen, grit chamber etc and cleaning of tanks etc. otherwise penalty of Rs. 500/ per day for non cleaned surrounding area. (x) To provide adequate manpower for rectification of major problems and Installation will be cleaned on daily basis by broom and broom has to be provide by contractor and cleaning of tanks etc. (xi) To provide all types of T&P required for day to day requirement. (xii) The plant to be tasted periodically and record to be maintain. (xiii)To provide all type of transportation as and when required for handing meterials/equipments etc. (xiv) All types of fire eqpts in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly. (xv) Disposal of all Sludge at suitable frequency outside the defence land , contractor is deemed to have identify the area suitable for disposal of sludge. The cost of the same deemed to have been included in the quoted rate. xvi) The uniform to the worker employed for summer & winter with shoes shall be provided by the contractor. the cost of uniform with shoes shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Note : 1. Properties of incoming sewage and parameters treated Sewage are given in PS here in after. 2. For plant operation electricity and POL ( for DG Sets) shall be issued to contractor free of cost by the depertment and contractor will receive the DHPP form MT & filling in the DG sets. (a) All documents like Log sheets, attendence register, Duty roster etc has to be provided and kept updated by the contractor.

BOQ PART-II (MAINTENANCE PORTION) Cleaning of tanks after desludging from sewage tanks (Raw Sewage Tank-01 No, treated water tank -01 No, Chlorine Contact Tank-01 No ) etc shall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and complete white wash after cleaning the tanks, dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

To Carrying out the Tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve (ii) TSS (iii) BOD (iv) COD (v) Oil & Grease (vi) FC Min (vii) Nitrate CN Note:- Test report for each month should be submiited at the end of month by contractor .otherwise penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be imposed.

Supply and fixing digital Raw sewage meter range upto 60 m3/hr with complete wiring attached with existing two non clog sewage pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Krohne or Equivalent Note:- Digital meter will show complete reading of sewage water for both pumps.

Taking out Non clog submersible sewage pumping set from eqilisation tank at STP (after and including dewatering of well) of 7.5 HP capacity Make- Kirloskar by lifting and dismantling the same for assessing and carrying out the repair/serving and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts as listed in subsequent items and making good in running condition with balancing, reassembling and lowering the same in wells fixing on the foundation making connections and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The replaced parts of pump shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after as supply only. (b) Dewatering of well upto max 500 mtr distance from well shall be included in the quoted rate.

Rewinding 7.5 HP motor of non clog submersible sewage pump set Make- Kirloskar with suitable size and proper guage of winding wire using best quality of insulation material including all connected items complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Material and labour in replaceemnt CI impeller with guide bush suitable for 7.5 HP Non clog submersible sewage pump set complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item no 7 above but lubricated upper/lower bearing of non clog submersible pump set 7.5 HP complete all as speicified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : NBC/SKF

All as per item no 7 above but pump shaft suitable for non clog submersible pump set 7.5 HP complete all as speicified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out submersible sewage pump set from treated water tank at STP (after and including dewatering of well) of 30 HP capacity by lifting and dismantling the same for assessing and carrying out the repair/serving and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts as listed in subsequent items and making good in running condition with balancing, reassembling and lowering the same in well & fixing on the foundation making connections and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All as per item no 12 above but lubricated upper/lower bearing for submersible pump set 30 HP complete all as speicified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismentling centrifugal induction motor from foundation and transport to work shop for rewinding after taking out burnt winding wire from motor of capacity 20 HP three phase , rewinding with copper wire of suitable gauge or as per existing gauge complete including all required insulation material and transport back to site after testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- (a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defected motor. (b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts and all items required for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor.

(b) The alingnment of shaft should be checked during installation of motor with pump in all respect. The contractor will be bear the cost of repair in case of failure of motor occurs due to misalingment and no extra payemnt will be paid to contractor.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 200 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site including welding work to make the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only chemicals PAC (Sodium Hypo chloride) required to achieve desired parameter of treated water and required spares for operation of the plant, at least one month advance requirement of the materials shall be kept at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of STP installations area (appx area 750 sqm)and making the surface clear, plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified. Note:- T&P machinary will be provided by the contractor.Cleaning should be done regular per month otherwise penalty of Rs. 300/ per day for non cleaned surrounding area.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls of STP tanks/bldgs by complete brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke and applying one coat of cement base paint complete at all STP installations all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preperation of old decorated brick / concrete , plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and effloroscent salts , trading oil and grasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling/wall completeat all STP installations all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC ( 1:4:8 ) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate forfoundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Brick masonary in CM (1:6) with sub class 'B' brick old size bricks complete all as directed.

Material and Labour rendering 15mm thick on brick/ concrete surface in Cm (1:4) finished fair without using extra cement including taking plaster complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

Material and labour in preparing newly plastered surfaces of WALLS and applying Two coats of of Cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fabrication and fixing Glow sign board made of vinyl sheet in MS frame structure with angle iron/channel, standing poles not less 4.0 mtr and aluminium channel of sizenot less than 3.8 mtr x 0.6 mtr x 3mm, painting of standing pole as per direction and complete lighting arrangement cosisting of 4 nos LED 20/22W tube light fitting inside the box having computerising letter writting both side as per direction including any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- 1. All items except angle iron/ channel is included in item rate. 2. Weight of suitable size of angle iron/ channel is measured and paid seperately .

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50cu.m, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description ,rusted ,worn out, complete all as specified.

Material and labour Mild steel framed work such asangle/grills/Chanel/stand, granting’s etc with ends of bars shouldered and riveted or forged into spikes, frame guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways, railings frame work as per direction and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 at any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour including dismentling for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement confirming to IS -15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade as in path , hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning , including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n. exc 250 mtr, of any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F in replacement starter for 3 phase 5 HP motor with sensor for automatic starting of sewage motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
