Cleaning of chocked / blocked IWC / EWC / Nahani, floor or gully trap (Bathroom outlet / Kitchen outlet) in daily routine on working day as per complaint lodged by User's, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Safaiwala 4 nos (0900HRS to 1800HRS should be deployed for attending daily complaints.Recovery of Rs 500/- per day for absentee will be deducted for each person

Cleaning of sewage line in any depth (0.60 Mtr to 6.00 Mtr) including affected/connected manholes and desluding, dewatering of manhole of any size by mechanical sucking/pressure pump (truck mounted) including cleaning of connected sewage pipe line of size 100 / 150 / 160 / 200 / 300mm bore, laid in trenches and any length including water closet, gully trap etc. by hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site flushing the line and manholes with water as to make the fully functional line with manhole to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and removing sludge outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangements where sanitary hazards donot take place as per direction / instructions of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering the same. Adequate water for flush out sludge to be arranged by the contractor without ay extra cost. Pipe line including manholes cleared / cleaned under this item is to be maintained by the contractor and kept fully functional by removing any type of blokage of entire period of completion of work without any extra cost and refixing manhole cover after cleaning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Unit rate quoted by tenderer/bidder shall be include taking out sludge from line and manholes (liquid, semi-liquid, solid) excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with sewer bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius for man-holes/ septictank/ soakwell etc. in sewer works in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in cover slabs,Man holes etc and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Providing factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs (for main holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throatinging etc. and setting in CM (1:4) with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in binders, stirrups, spacers for cover slab, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 9 here-in-before but depth exc. 1.50 m but not exc. 3m.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor including flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity PVC and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 45,225.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediatelly after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
