Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling mild steel fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directedd.

Dismantling posts or struts ( steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster from concrete celing surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

Desilting of existing drains and removal of sludge / harden soil carefully without disturbing side wall including disposal of soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of stone slabs, tiles and paver blocks of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

Restraining, resecuring of barbed wire fencing including making good staples securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. including fixing of existining concerntina coil as directed to any type complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying of existing concertina coil with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing, punched tape, coil 450mm dia having 7 to 8 nos rounds per 1 metre length, fixing on angle iron 'Y' shaped & placed over perimeter wall with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbered wire tied to angle iron, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary welding, drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed Note: The quoted rate is inclusive of fixing of flat iron with chain link fencing at top and bottom in horizontal direction with staples/steel pins etc

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type-D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation and filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 5 to10mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagnal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and and not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rolled mild steel any type/size sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors and door frames; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc of Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based trazoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of strandards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Mild Steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing of any size of mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shed (company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm on walls, pillasters, cornices, drops, chajjas etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping bed blocks, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block, rubber moulded of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drives ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete designer tiles, rubber moulded, 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in kerb stone finished smooth using extra cement including necessary mould/form work and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 struck flush with same mortar including demolition and necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed
