Cement concrete 1:4:8 Mix using 40mm ISSHBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Filling in basement with well gravel layers of not more than 15cm thick,well rammed, watered and compacted, complying with standard specifications etc complete.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 Mix using country bricks of Size 8 3/4"*4 1/4"*2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete.

RCC 1:11/2:3 Mix using 20mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply & erection of steel Centring chrges including strutting including all cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Paving the Flooring With special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Flooring With following ceramic tiles of size 305*305*6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement and thhree sand) base mortar over the existing slab/ floor including cutting the tiles to the required size With special cutter Wherever necessary etc complete.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300*200*6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Special ceilling Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour chargs etc.,

Distember two coats With approved color including cost of conveyance of all materials to site including all labours and all other incidental charge etc., complete for outside of the Building as per standard specifications

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one base coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A neutral link and earth link (1"*1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm * 450mm * 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit (SD125)

Supplying and fixing of 1200mm sweep AC Ceilling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm doen rod on the existing clamps (crompton make) SD106
