12 mm cement plaster in single coat in building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc including the Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Supply & Fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partion etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) with glass panes of 8 mm thickness ( weight not less than 20 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick.
