Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as directed.(Complete removal surface to be verified by Engr-in-Charge before apply next treatment)

M&L for 10mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brickwork or concrete surface of wall (Internal Surfaces) finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brickwork or concrete surface of wall (External surfaces) finished even smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying 5mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface, finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered external surface of walls, pillars, cornices, chajja, facia, dropwall, parapet, roof projection and applying two coats of weather proofing coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint with Graco 490 spray machine, having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10Sqm including applying 1mm thick external wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation or any reason with sanding for smooth surface, Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats etc. all work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of new plastered internal surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) using grey cement, in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Note:- Payment for providing grooves shall be made seperately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer includng removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as per specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old treated internal surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper(approved quality and tint) using painting rollers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered external surface of walls, pillars, cornices, chajja, facia, dropwall, parapet, roof projection of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacum mechanism having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9") to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vacuum bag or by manually scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying two coats of weather proofing coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint with Graco 490 spray machine, having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10Sqm including applying 1mm thick external wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation or any reason with sanding for smooth surface, Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats etc. all work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including easening of steel windows by provding lubricant oil to hinges/pivet complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plinth protection 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate bays(not exc 2 Sqm each) finished even and fair at top using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 graded and three parts of sand by weight all as directed at site.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, finishing with cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base over hardcore and under PCC flooring all as specified.

M&L for hard core of broken bricks of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wire netting 20mm mesh size of galvanised steel wire 1.4mm dia fixed tightly with tinned tacks of wire staples to cover the cracks generated in the surface of wall plaster where ever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads

M & L sheet glass ordinary quality 3mm thick and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick pin headed or figured glass and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane , complete all as specified and directed.
