Dimantling old U/S cross arms and Supply, fabrication and fixing for mild steel such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers of any description of LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31) 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/final taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) for coping of poles with all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & disconnecting connection taking out old unserviceable items and checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of High mast light fittings (HPSV, HPMV, Metal Halide fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, cleaning acrylic/glass cover connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacemnet earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) complete all as sepcified and shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and testing with following:- (a) GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm upto 7.5 Metre. (b) Watering pipe GI, light grade, 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggergate exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.Angle iron frame made of 40x40x4 mm angle iron for 30x30 cm PCC pit for holding the pit cover.

S&F in repalcement LED bulb, Post-top , long life aesthetically designed with Fully Cast Aluminium body finished with polyurethane paint (with prior Treatments )with acrylic window cover - IP 65 protection including cable 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor and PVC conduit pipe 15 mm bore heavy duty ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10 W Rechargeable torch with side light with long range and high brightnes.

S&F in repalcement 3 W Rechargeable head torch with flexible headband and adjustable neck for better direction to light .

S&F in street light bracket 32 to 40 mm GI pipe light wait(60 x1.2 M )long and as per size at site all as specifide and directed.
