Taking down / out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipe, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing with walls /poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc, and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items).

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 250mm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches/passing through pipe/on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanished steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 6 sqmm 4 core. Note :- Rate of the saddle and clamp for fixing of cable on wall included in this rate.

NOTE :Necessary excavation and earth work, brick and sand to be measured and paid seperetely.

S&F for sub-class 'B' brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying only old serviceable bricks perpendicular to UG cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / out unserviceable GI / HDPE pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and / or fixing with walls / poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair 50 mm high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/Sqcm fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F and fixing as in repair galvanised iron pipe 80 mm Bore (dia) 'light grade' for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair BTC wire for service wire connection 1100 volts grade heavy duty weather proof flat cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, twin core cable (BTC) of size 4 Sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair GI strip 32 x 6.0 mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length for extension of earthing strip on roof/ wall and joining the same with existing/ new earth test point including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of LT existing panel doors welding, cutting, inches, nuts, bolts, including doors hinges material, cleaning/ dressing of inner and outer part, crimping, replacement of gland, lungs, terminal nuts and bolts, bus bar, MCCB, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Item such as gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, bus bar, MCCB etc. to be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for painting of LT panel/ feeder pillar any size after cleaning the body surface inner side and outer side by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust, etc. and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer/ AVR of 100 KVA to 630 KVA in any size after cleaning the body surface outer side by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust, etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning & painting to all metal parts of 33/11 KV main receiving station yard of size 40 mtr x 15 mtr comprising of incomer iron structure, 02 Nos CT, 12 Nos PT, 16 Nos HT pole, 25 Nos Iron structure, 03 Nos transformer with complete accessories, painting with two coats of aluminium paint on HT pole and two coat of smoke grey on iron structure and CT/PT with white lime wash to all PCC/Brick structure, external surfaces of all platform complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F and fixing as in repair cable route marker of 350 mm height including grouting and painting HT/LT cast iron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dressing/ cleaning of various electric sub station premises free from vegetation of any type including trimming of tree branches, bushes, creepers, etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for broken boulders aggregate for loose filling near around electric switch yard/ electric equipment, of gauge 40 m to 80 mm graded, also surface dressing as when as required complete all as specified and directed.
