Supply, loading, unloading, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of silent type 30 KVA 415 Volt 3-Phase 50 Hz DG set with AMFPanel confirming to CPCB -IV emision norms as per the following specification. A) Diesel Engine : Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine, devloping 1500rpm having blower fan of adequate capacity, fanguard, fan belts etc. the Diesel Engine shall be vertical, Electric start, compression ignition, continuous run at 1500 rpm conforming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard with an permissible over load capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hour in every 12 hrs. of operation complying present CPCB norms: B) Alternator: make Alternator suitable to deliver rated output of 30 KVA at 1500 rpm, 415V, 0.8 PF(lag), 50 HZ, 3 phase,in SPDP enclosure, self excited & self regulated, brushless. The Alternator should be IS: 4722/BS EN 60034-1 & & will be suitable for tropical condition having full load efficiency above 90%. Class of insulation shall be H, and encloser shall be IP23.Supports Auto-Mains-Failure (AMF) function and Manual-Control-Panel (MCP) function In-built AMF Control Panel suitable for 30 KVA DG set consist of - microprocessor based AMF control unit, it monitors the engine safety parameters and alarm / trip condition will be displayed on front panel. Special alarm conditions include LLOP, HWT, overload, under/over speed, low fuel level. Specific indication includes various conditions of operations such as Load on mains, Load on DG, Mains healthy, DG ON, Auto & Manual mode. The control panel consist of multi function meter which displays AC current/Voltage, Frequency, Power factor, KWH etc.(Make- Cummins Engines_X2.7TAA-G2 /Kirloskar Engines_Model No. 3R1190ENA 4G1) Terms and Condition:- 1) The Agency must procure the materials/DG Set from the manufacturer/ OEM or from their authorized sales and channel so that the standard warranty/ support of the manufacture/ OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. 2) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the manufacturer/ OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty/ support should be send from the e-mail of the manufacturer/ OEM/ authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/ submission of bill. 3) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

Supply & delivery of XLPE/PVC Insulated & armoured Copper Conductor control cable for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following size [Make Polycab / RR /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.I.C] a) 12 Core 2.5 sqmm

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables a) 12 Core 2.5 sqmm

Laying of cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting a) 12 Core 2.5 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials a) 12 Core 2.5 sqmm

Supply & delivery of 4 core 25 sq. mm. size XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured stranded Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts [Make Polycab / RR /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.I.C]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables a) 4 core 25 sq. mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials a) 4 core 25 sq. mm

Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

S & F of Exhaust piping shall be held from silencer onwards to the terrace for discharging entire exhaust gas. The piping and silencer shall be insulated fiber glass white wool. The insulation shall be held in position with galvanized steel wire mesh and neatly finish with 26 SWG Al. cladding M.S. Pipe (65 mm dia) shall be class - B. S & F flanges , MS Clamps vertically

Supply and pour of H.S. Diesel oil for necessary commissioning of new DG incl. transportation cost.

Supply & delivery PVC 200Ltr. Oil Barrel of thickness 6 mm.

PVC pipe suitable for oil pumping to DG of length 10Mtr.

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (Soft Soil) (for Earthing & DG Foundation) [PWD/GS Page: G-1 Item:1]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe [PWD/GS Page: G-2 Item: 3/a]

S&F earth busbar of 40X6mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required [PWD/GS Page: G-2 Item: 4/a]

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25X6mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [PWD/GS Page:G-3 Item: 5/d]

Cutting RCC floor by special tools and tackles very carefully without any damaging and removing the shifted rubbish & levelling up and restoring the surface for 2 nos. earth pit as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, with an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level (For soft Soil: ISI-Medium GI pipe) [PWD/GS Page No.: G-1 Item No.:2/a]

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level, Laying of Brick and filling joints with local sand. (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 14 Item: 1,2)

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary. Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m. (PWD Building Schedule Page: 192 Item: 15)
