M&L soakage well of 3.0 mtr internal dia at top and min 1.80 mtr dia at bottom having min 2.45 mtr height of 380mm thick random rubble uncoaoursed stone masonry wall in CM 1:6 with 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded aggregate ) below stone masonry at bottom and RCC slab using Design Mix M-25 with reinforcement 10mm dia bars @ 150mm C/C bothways cranked at 1/4 th of span including arrangement for manhole opening and manhole cover, inlet for 100/150mm dia pipe and rest all as specified as per Drg No CESZ/TD-1078/2011 sheet 1/1. Note : The rate includes excavation in hard/dense soil and construction of soakage well as per drawing , connection of inlet pipe , 100mm dia PVC vent pipe with cowl, returning , filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr but n.exc 100 mtr from site. For any disputed issue regarding drawing decision of Engr-in-Charge shall be final for execution.

M&L for cleaning of blocked /ice frozen drain pipes 100mm to 200 mm bore by pouring hot water , rodding from trap to manhole to septic tank or vice versa and well flushing with water after cleaning including manholes and removing waste material / sludge etc to a distance exc 100m outside the MoD land and burrying the same in pits in hygenic manners and covering the pits with excavated earth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge . NOTE: The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate

NOTE: The complaint shall be cleared within 24 hrs after intimation to contractor if not then recovery @ Rs. 350 per such complaint shall be levied on contractor

M&L for rendering 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including supply and mixed with integral water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instrucitons complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing admixture is deemed to be included in overall rates quoted against this item.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on other than fair faces of brick walls or stone masonary surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
