See Saw

STANDARD SEE-SAW Age Group :- 4 – 10Yrs • Product Area :- 2.5Mtr x 0.3Mtr • Safe Play Area :- 3.5Mtr x 1.3Mtr Material Specification: The standard see saw is a good entertainer for the children. The seats of the see saw are made from roto molded plastic. The lever is made up of 15,20, 25 NBG. I. pipes and is fitted on 40NB G. I. pipe. The bearing used is of heavy duty bush type.

MULTISEATER SEE-SAW • Age Group :- 3 – 10 Yrs • Product Area :- 3.0Mtr x 0.5Mtr • Safe Play Area :- 4.0Mtr x 1.5Mtr Material Specification: The Multi Seater See saw comprises four roto seats. The lever consists of 20NB and 80Nb powder coated G. I. pipes. The bearing used in this item is heavy duty nylon bush type. The stand for see saw is made using 50NB G. I. pipe.

Swings

DOUBLE SWING Age Group :- 4 – 14Yrs • Product Area :- 3.0Mtr x 2.5Mtr • Safe Play Area :-4.0Mtr x 3.5Mtr Material Specification: In the double swing the leg support is made up of 40NB G.I. pipes and top pipe is of 50NB G. I. pipes with G. I. junction box with powder coating. The swing seat is made up of 10mm thick rubber belt. The belt seat is affixed on 6mm rubber coated G.I. chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp.

TODDLER SING • Age Group :- 3 – 8Yrs • Product Area :- 3.3Mtr x 1.0Mtr • Safe Play Area :- 4.3Mtr x 2.0Mtr Material Specification: In the toddler swing the center support is made up of 100NB G.I. pipes. The horizontal bars are made up of 50NB powder coated G. I. pipes. The bucket seats of the toddler swing are made of rubber with anti skid. Te ball bearings are mounted inside specially designed nylon ball. The rubber seat is affixed on 6mm thick G. I. chain. The seats are made with full care so that the child does not fall from it while swinging.

PLATFORM MGR • Age Group :- 5 – 12 Yrs • Product Area :- 1.5Q Mtr • Safe Play Area :- 2.5Q Mtr Material Specification: The platform of this platform MGR consists of non-skid type Aluminum chequered plate of 16 SWG. The ring on which the chequered plate is based is made out of 25NB G. I. pipes. The support below the chequered plate is of 40 x 40 x 5 and 25 x 25 x 5 G. I. angle. The platform frame is made in 25 x 5 and 40 x 5 MS angle. It is provided with handrails of 20NB G. I. pipes. The whole structure is mounted on heavy-duty bearing shaft permanently lubricated with water sealant. The stand of this MGR platform is made out of 80NB G. I. pipes. The foundation frame is fabricated with 40 x 40 x 5 angle.

ANIMAL MGR • Age Group :- 3 – 12 Yrs • Product Area :- 2.1Q Mtr • Safe Play Area :- 3.1Q Mtr Material Specification: The main frame of the animal merry go round is made up of 25NB & 40NB G. I. pipes. The G.I. pipes are powder coated. The stand is made in 80NB G. I. pipes. The whole structure is mounted on heavy-duty bearing shaft permanently lubricated with water sealant. The animal seats are made out of molded plastic in rotational molding process (LLDPE). It accommodates four children at a time.

Merry Go Round: - Main Frame made of 38 mm sq. pipe 12 gauge with 10 mm MS Round plates with double ball bearing taper goli with hub systems, MS round plate 10 mm and 48 mm Round for bearing system. Handle made of 31 mm round and 25 mm round pipe. Seats made of 25 mm (20X40) mm MS flat pipe back rest made of 25 OD Round Pipe 16 gauge with double coat spray paint.

NET ROCK SCRAMBLER

NET ROCK SCRAMBLER 2.1MTR • Age Group :- 4 – 12Yrs • Product Area :- 2.5Mtr x 1.5Mtr • Safe Play Area :- 3.5Mtr x 2.5Mtr Material Specification: The net rock scrambler is combination of both rock and net climber. The platform of the rock climber is made up of 3 – 4 mm thick fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). The rocks are bolted on same platform, with a gradient of 65 degree from the ground. The main frame is made from 40NB G.I. ie. The net climber is made from 18mm Dia. Nylon rope attached by specially designed nylon rope clamps. These ropes are attached to the pipe frame fabricated from 40NB powder coated G. I. pipes with ‘U’ hooks.

Bridge Ladder :- Iron frame 60 mm round pipe support 31 mm round pipe height 6’.all iron structure should be powder coating.
