Annual Grass Cutting, lawn maintenance and other work

Grass cutting of grasses (Kaans grass bushes etc) above 2 cm over ground level, and collection of all cutting above grasses & waste and dumping the same at proper place outside the periphery of S/S premises above work will be execut during the year as per instruction of site incharge of following area at 132 KV S/S ,Cantt, Agra. All T&P and labour shall be provided by contractor.

One time Chemical Spray

Annual Regular Maintenance of Lawns including ,maintenance flower beds, Trees, shrubs, hedges and flower pots etc. at 132 KV S/S Cantt Agra. The work include regular removal of grass, foreign elements, watering to maintain permanent and seasonal Plant, trees, shrubs and trimming of tree branches , bushes &,shrubs .Growing & maintaining healthy seasonal Plants and transferring them in to flower beds & Flower pots on the Substation. Maintainig the fertility by regular plowing & tilling, manuring with cow dung and other fertilizers & spray of insecticide to prevent the plants from insects. including cost of all required skilled labor and T&P & consumable material will be provided by the department.

General cleaning of floors in control room building, Toiled, wash basin by phenyl & wet cloth including cleaning of CC road drains in the periphery of substation.
