Demolition of cement concrete floors and n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level ) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor and finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (square/rectangular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and fair for receiving tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in dado/vertical surface (300x450mmx 7mm) thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
