Dismantling of Translucent (corrugated, semicorrugated, plain, etc.) sheets in roof/wall coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in rafters, purlins and wind ties wtc and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: If the planned MS structure, truss, etc is different from the existing structure, proper measurement of the existing structure to be demolished, shall be recorded in MB duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses, posts, columns, rafters, purlins, bracings and other structural members using ERW or induction butt welded steel tubes conforming to IS 1161 Grade St-240 or RHS/SHS sections conforming to IS 4923 Grade YST 210, including rolled mild steel base plates, top/cap plates, gusset plates, cleats, fish plates, stiffeners, end plates, special shaped washers, bolts, nuts and all other connection accessories, including cutting to length, notching, drilling, welding, fabrication, assembling, hoisting, aligning, plumbing and fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include cutting to size, drilling, notching, welding, riveting or bolting, providing and fixing all connection plates and accessories including base plates and top/cap plates, and no separate measurement or payment shall be made for any component forming part of the completed steel structure.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, for MS tubular truss incl all scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UV-stabilised transparent corrugated polycarbonate sheeting, 2.0 mm nominal thickness, matching the profile of the existing roofing sheets, fixed with two corrugation side laps using self-drilling/coach screws with EPDM washers and approved accessories to roof, wall cladding or similar locations at any height, including cutting to size, sealing, laps, scaffolding, safety arrangements, tools and plants, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT pre-coloured galvalume profiled roofing sheets with minimum 0.45 mm base metal thickness, high tensile steel (550 MPa) having AZ-150 zinc-aluminium alloy coating, matching the existing profile, fixed with self-drilling/self-tapping screws, fasteners and all necessary accessories including side and end laps, for any building heinght incl all safety measures, scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs circulator/ventilator wind driven turbine, 600 mm size with FRP base of size 32" x 24" to match roof sheet with polyster resin powder coated, top of ventilator turbine made out from aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steel and varpitch from alumnium, rotation bearing will be twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bearing housing etc complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : SVS, Model : Windy 24 Plus or equivalent model in Shrijee / Golden Engineers / Airier) NOTES:- The works are required to be executed at height of approx 20 metres. Contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to included for cost of all scaffolding, T&P, machinery and safety gear required for execution of the work. No claim shall be admissible during currency of work.
