Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil .

All as per item No.01 above but depth exceeding 1.5M and n.exc 3.00 Mtrs .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6M mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls including finishing even and fair without using extra cement and using water proofing compound as per Manufacturer's Instructions. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound as per manufacturers instuctions.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi tred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete of internal dia of pipe 150mm and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land .

All as per item No 15 above but for internal dia of pipe 200mm.

S&F for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified.

M&L for removal of blokage in sewage lines between manholes of various sizes by any means by using Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No, Kambore 1075 up-01 Nos Retriever 150 including removing Rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The rate quoted in this item includes cost of T&P like Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No & Retriever 150 etc complete. (ii) Minimum two persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 20 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 100/- per complaint shall be made from contractor's dues. (iii) All the above machineries shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R-I, AF Station Palam within 15 days from the date of commencement of work.

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes, WC, WHB,Bottle Trap, Floor/ Nahani Trap, GT etc running on external wall of buildings complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position and removing the same from site to outside the MoD land complete.

All as per item No 29 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1m and not exceeding 2mtrs.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including making joints at suitable interval and filled with bitumen mastic and necessary form work complete.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment complete.

M&L for hiring of chassis mounted deep suction and high pressure jetting high flow machine which consist of one no. chassis mounted machine having suction/ blower capacity of 6400cum/hr and 80% vaccum by reputed international standard blower and jetting capacity of min 390lpm with pressure of 2300 PSI by suitable standard pump complete.

M&L for hiring of GVW chassis mounted dump tank having capacity of 9 Cum for partial de-silting/safe disposal of silt from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for hiring of suction jetting machine for prevantive cleaning / flow maintenance /troubleshooting purpose fitted with imported international standared pumps having 3000 ltrs suction tank capacity & 5000ltrs water jetting tank capacity ,suction pump with 612 cum/hr having adequate capacity to lift sludge /semi silt & sewage from the depth of 12 to 15 feet depth (depending upon the thickness of silt) and jetting pump of min 263LPM and 155bar/2200 PSI .Equipment is on 16ton GVW chassis mounted diesel run vehicle for flushing de-choking of sewer line up to 400mm dia and 4mtrs deep chambers including all charges like diesel driver 5 Nos operators and 01 supervisor and mechanical means gazettes for de-silting etc (Note for item No 58 to 60 : Contractor will arrange above machineries and manpower within 20 hours of complaints received except on holidays failing which a penal recovery @ Rs 500/- per day shall be made from contractors dues).
