Maintenance of 33KV line Kakda

1. Safe carriage of SP-72, 13 meter S.T.Pole from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

2. Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of heavy stock material (other than pole) from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

3. The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps (75x10mm) and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required. i) Single Pole Double Ckt Structure. (a) 13M Long STP, SP-72 Round Pole for replacement of damaged single Pole structure of 33KV double Ckt line.

4. The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps (75x10mm, 65x8mm) and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr, from M.S.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing M.S.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. i) Double Pole Double Ckt Structure. (a) 13M Long STP, SP-72 Round Pole for long span of 33KV double Ckt line.

5. Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per drawing. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. i) Single Pole Double Ckt Structure. (a) 13M Long STP, SP-72 Round Pole for replacement of damaged single Pole structure of 33KV line

6. i) Grouting of stay rods (20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

ii) Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 33KV and Stay Clamps.

7. Earthing of supports with M.S. earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S.Rod 3.0M apart from suppor and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting belowl the earth electrodes with the help of G.I.wire No.8SWG and earthing lugs.

8. Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with Line chart includidng binding and fixing of all accessories in 03Nos. Conductor in parallel.

9. Making Jumpers on Sectional Pole, by providing & fixing of P.G.Clamps of proper sizes, suitable for Dog Conductor a) Sectional Double Pole

10. Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard L.T., 11KV Line telephone line and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I.wire No.6SWG and G.I.wire No.8SWG, 16SWG including cutting with fabrication and fixing of guarding cross arm (75x75x6mm) with providing clamps (65x8mm), G.I.Turn buckle, G.I.Eye bolt, nut & bolts etc, as per drawing.

11. Providing & fixing of SMC Danger board at each location as per specification of the drawing. Size 200mmx250mm & 3mm thickness with G.I.Clamp & nut & bolt.

12. Providing & fixing of SMC Number Plate at each location as per specification of the drawing. Size 200mmx250mm & 3mm thickness with G.I.Clamp & nut & bolt.

13. Providing & Wrapping of barbed wire 2.0Kg Per Pole on 33KV ST Poles SP-55/SP-72 as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts&bolts.

14. Painting of following supports/structures of 33KVLine, with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint after one coat of ready mix primer, including cost of all material, as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work:- a) 13Mtr SP-72 Poles including all channels/x-arms/clamps etc.: (i) Single Pole Double Ckt Structure.

(ii) Double Pole Double Ckt Structure.

15. Climbing, Fixing & tightening of extra 'V' type Cross arm on old existing poles in place of broken & damaged Cross arm and Providing fixing of all clamp, Nut Bolts washer & other accessories as per requirement.

16. Climbing, Fixing & tightening of extra of 33KV Composite Polymeric Pin insulator on old existing poles in place of broken & damaged Pin insulator and Providing fixing of Nut Bolts washer & other accessories as per requirement.

17. Climbing, Fixing & tightening of extra 33KV Polymer Disc insulator B&S 70KN on old existing poles in place of broken & damaged Disc insulator and Providing fixing of Nut Bolts washer & other accessories as per requirement.

18. Climbing, Fixing & tightening of extra 33KV Disc fitting B&S 70KN on old existing poles in place of broken & damaged Disc fitting and Providing fixing of Nut Bolts washer & other accessories as per requirement.

19. Removal & Diamantling of damaged single pole Double Ckt structure with all accessories of 33KV double ckt line. after digging of Pits for taking out of poles & stacking the Pole at proper place & back filling of soil in Pits & proper ramming etc.

20. Removal & Diamantling of damaged double pole Double Ckt structure with all accessories of 33KV double ckt line. after digging of Pits for taking out of poles & stacking the Pole at proper place & back filling of soil in Pits & proper ramming etc.

21. Removal & Diamantling of damaged ACSR Dog Conductor from Ist ckt of 33KV double Ckt line & Making the bundles of removed conductors and stacking the Conductor scrap at a proper place in safe position.

22. Removal of secondry Ckt Wires of 33KV double ckt line from damaged single Poles / Double Pole & re-installing the wires on the newly instaled Poles.

23. Removal & Diamantling of damaged 'V' type x-arm of 33KV line and stacking the x-arm scrap at a proper place in safe position.

24. Removal & Diamantling of damaged Pin insulator with Pin of 33KV line and stacking the Pin scrap at a proper place in safe position.

25. Removal & Diamantling of damaged Disc insulator of 33KV line.

26. Removal & Diamantling of damaged Disc fitting of 33KV line and stacking the Disc fitting scrap at a proper place in safe position.

27. Safe carriage of old received back material from site to PVVNL store including loading & unloading at both end.

28. Providing of one copy of CD/Pen drive Photography and videography of existing net work/33KV line before dismantling and after re-erection and completion of all work along with photography & Digital Camera included.
