Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodized aluminum (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing & insertion of 50x25 mm thick good quality wooden bedding free from knot inside aluminum frame work of material 50x25x1.0 mm thick aluminum frame work for fixing 18 mm thick marine ply on wall including all labour & material complete as per instruction of Engineer In charge

Providing & Fixing Paneling of 18 mm thick marine ply of ISI mark on aluminum frame work of including all labour & material as per instruction of Engineer Incharge

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 1.0 mm thick

(Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing & Fixing good quality stainless steel mosquito mesh to aluminium windows as per instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing file storage arrangement up to 3.00 mtr height & 450 mm depth, with required selves & smooth shutter arrangement with necessary system. The complete framing is to be made with 35 mm thick plywood & shutter in 18 mm thick plywood, all the plywood faces to be laminated with 1 mm thick approved colour laminate including all necessary hardware are of hafale/hetich or equivalent make for locking arrangement, etc. storage system is tobe fixed to the wall over frame work of aluminium tube 25 X50mmX1.60mm(thickness) @600mm c/c mm etc. to complete the job as par instruction of engineer in charge.
