Motor Capacity :5HP, Voltage:415 v, 3phase,50Hz Speed: 1450 rpm, enclosure : TEFC, Head :14m ii. Pump Capacity : 12.5LPS, Head range:(14-18)m, Speed:1450rpm, Size:(80x80)mm, Impeller: Suitable for sludge. MOC:C.I. Pump Shaft: Carbon steel Body: C.I., Sealing: Gland The job includes providing and fitting of appropriate cabling from panel to motor, starter etc as per site condition, providing and fixing of base frames, foundation bolts, nuts, gaskets, shims, alignment etc. The job further includes testing and commissioning of pump on no load and full load.

Providing and fitting of 80mm double flanged butterfly valve (Cast iron body) as per the site requirement.
Replacement of old/damaged flanged 100ND sluice valve by way of providing/ fitting/ testing and commissioning of 100ND flanged sluice valve with PN1.6. The job includes providing and fitting of gaskets, nuts and bolts as per site requirement. The job includes dismantling of old/damaged sluice valve by way of disconnecting the same from supply mains using skilled labour/gas cutter tools and tackles.
Providing, welding and fixing of 80mm dia MS pipe class "C" including all fitting like bends, elbow, support etc and flanged joints as required as per site requirement. All the arrangements tools, tackles, etc are to arranged by the firm.
