Water tightening of main temple, structural repair of subsidiary shrines in the complex of Shree Kapileswar Temple, Bhubaneswar for 2025-26.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior and interior side of Jagamohan and Garbhagriha, up to 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in steppe manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter at Garbhagriha, Jagamohan and Natamandap of Kapileswar Temple, Bhubaneswar.

Raking out the stone joints in the old,weak and porus lime- sand mortar and preparing the surface for repointing,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Site in- Charge at Garbhagriha, Jagamohan and Natamandap of Kapileswar Temple, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead.

Drilling holes of 12mm dia up to 300mm depth and fixing nozzle for PMC Grout in the inner chambers for fill the gaps, voids, cavities, in the inner face for consolidation at Garbhagriha, Jagamohan and Natamandap of Kapileswar Temple.

PMC Grouting of roof area with acrylic polymer emulsion added with OPC one part having polymer loading 10% with appropriate dose non shrink powder 0.05 part (Cebex) and plastic sizer 0.05 part having pressure 0.2 to 0.5 Kg/Sqm at Garbhagriha, Jagamohan and Natamandap of Kapileswar Temple, including thorough cleaning and washing of the entire grouted exposed surface.

Provision of recess pointing remains ancient structures and floor with mortar 1 : 1 : 1 (1 Lime : 1 Brick Surkhi : 1 Course Sand) with natural adhesive (like Belgiri, , Kendu,Methi..etc.) and mixing 10% of Polymer including cleaning of joints and water curing at Garbhagriha, Jagamohan and Natamandap of Kapileswar Temple.

Disposal of malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead up to 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Site-in-charge at Kapileswar Temple, Bhubaneswar.

Lime terracing on roof with lime concrete(2:2:7) (2 lime putty / paste : 2 surki : 7 brick khoa ) laid to proper slope, throughly beaten and cured including top finishing, providing ghoondies at junction with parapet etc., shaping and finishing at mouths of rain water pipes, complete as per direction.
