Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. (without any damage of existing cables / wires), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling (except stone) of random rubble masonry brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40mm of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stone and set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed along with bends, in any length as in weep holes in bedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing up to 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; nosing, framework of water tanks, band, straps, wind ties and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , rubber moulded glossy finish, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc. 1.5 Sqm and credited to the contractor, complete all as specified and directed Note: The damaged portion of the tiles / rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface.

S&F solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffener and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws (door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick single piece, coloured ABC (ACRYLONITRILE BRUTADINE STYRENE) coated, PUF filled door shutters with PUF (Poly Urethane Foam) insulation of minimum density 40 Kg/Cum filled in between two ABS sheets of thickness 1.2mm (min), border covered with insitu pasted ABS strips of width equal to thickness of door shutters, 1.2mm thickness, reinforced with two number 10mm CTD bars, preembedded with wooden blocks of suitable sizes for receiving hinges, tower / sliding bolts, towel rails, handles etc., with/without embossed pattern, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm galvanised steel frame of size 1.05m x 1.95m with stainless steel ball bearing hinges SUS 304 of size 100mm x 75mm x 3mm including 46mm thick shutter having honeycomb/ minralwool including 2mm lead sheet, shutter manufactured with 1mm galvanised steel sheet, single glazed lead glass as per requirement of size 200mm x 300mm x 6mm thick heavy duty door closer for 80 Kg weight capacity including mortise dead lock set with D shape pull handle for push plate operation, mortisesush lock with half cylinder estucheon lever handle complete set for push / pull operation, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm size Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm long butt hinges, cast brass, type B-11 with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm size Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised, complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M Work)

M&L for flame proof point wiring for One light / fan point controlled by one way switch 6 amps 240 volts with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS (multistrand) PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed cable in and including surface, stove enamelled steel conduit, medium grade, ISI marked conduit not less than 19mm with all fittings & other accessories and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed ZHFR cable of size 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth wire to common earth dolly controlled by one flame proof switch (colour code of wiring should be for phase-Red, Neutral-black & earth wire-green), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof rotary type 16 Amps switch with terminal box in LM 6, single pole, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame Proof MCB DB SPN 240 volts 4 way suitable hazardous area laden with gasses/vapours of group II(a) & II (b) as per IS 2148/1994 10 Amp 240 V AC enclosed as per IP 55 protection as per IS 2147/1962 made out of cast aluminium alloy LM 6 having earthing terminal, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof industrial type heavy duty exhaust fan 450 mm sweep with 0.50 HP motor and speed 1440 rpm, 4000 cfm single phase 240 volts with louvers incl all accessoreis as per manufacturer norms and connection up with electric system and including grounting of holding down bolts and including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof LED 60 Watt, CMPRI certified, well glass LED light recommended for Gas/vapour group of II A & II B and Zone 1 & 2 with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistance glass IP 65 protection and all accessories as per manufacture norms & including 3 core flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of fitting etc., complete as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 4.0m below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 1.5 mtr below the ground level connected to GI earth wire 4.0mm dia which protected by GI tubing light grade 15mm dia upto test point 20 mm dia watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm stone aggregates 40 mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil removal of surplus soil and providing charcoal dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15cm, complete all as specified and directed.
