Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.(upto any height of walls) all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed. ( up to any height of buildings).

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly-ash bricks (with old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed work as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as diredcted, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ,flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for fixing angles etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc after necessary repair (each line wire to be measured) ,incl taking down, complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs anti-rust concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) for fencing work incl taking down existing coils complete all as per following specifications :- (i) Diameter of concertina coil - 750 mm dia (before stretch) (ii) Number of turns in concertina - 50 turns (iii) Weight of each coil - 10.5 KG (iv) Coverage per coil - 8 m (v) Central core wire - made from high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 duly hot dipped galvanised (conforming to IS-2629) with diameter 2.59 mm + 0.05 mm, UTS 145-160 kg/sqmm, zinc coating 250-300 grams/sqm (vi) Strip - Electro galvanised steel strip 0.5 mm + 0.02 mm thick, width 19 mm (before wrapping on central core wire) conforming to IS-1573, zinc coating - 120 gram/sqm and bituminised dipped, width of barbs 11.5 mm, pitch of barbs 25.4 mm+ 0.2 mm (vii) Clips - AISI 304-1.5 mm thick 'C' & 'U' clips. 'C' special type for fixing coil and RBT wire, 'U' clips special type for joining one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire joining. (viii) No. of clips - minimum 125 for each coil (ix) Handle and spikes to be provided as required (NOTE : 1. The concertina coil shall be given additional primer treatment of epoxy/ polyurethane and final paint top coat of caufiled green shade (BSL 139) by hot dipping process. 2. RBT wire for fixing of concertina coil will be measured and paid separately. 3. Running length of wall shall measured for payment purpose.

Supply only epoxy/polyurethane coated RBT wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new steel and iron surfaces apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Taking and removing rubbish broken glass coping on top of walls / compounds / boundary wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 insert on top of security / Boundary walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Tree cutting from wall, roof of Buildings up to extended root complete including applying acid for stopping further growth from any location of Bldg up to 4 storey and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete type C-1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ornamental MS framed work such as grills, gate, gratings etc with end of bars shouldered and revets welded etc framed guard bars barrel iron door ladder framed balusters walk ways, railing, conforming to Fe-290, Gde- E-165, including, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of Old Surfaces of Walls and applying one coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed. ( up to any height of buildings).

M&L preparation and complete removal of old existing treatment of old Surfaces of Walls and applying two Coats of cement Base Paint, complete all as specified and as directed. ( up to any height of buildings).

M&L for completely removal of existing/ internal surfaces of walls applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed any height of building.

Material & Labour for preparation of old surface of walls applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over all as specified and directed. (up to any high of building).

Material & Labour complete removal of old surface of walls applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over all as specified and directed. (up to any high of building).

M&L preparing old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of old brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal and disposal of waste material/ debris/ sludge's/ soil from any location at FW camp area to out of MOD Land. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Volume of each tipper/ Job should not be less than 4 cum.

Material and Labour for applying 1.0 mm thick wall putty on old/new surface of wall and complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 40mm graded aggregate finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection/ sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/vertical surfaces, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25mm thick pre-polished coloured chequered concrete tiles of size 300mmx300mm, as in flooring over 20mm thick backing layer of cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture pigment to match the shade, as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick pre polished coloured chequred tiles of size 400X400/450x450 jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white or coloured to match including over 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 completed all as directed.

S&F 15mm thick pre-polished decorative cement concrete tree guard tiles of approved size, design and colour laid on vertical surfaces over 15mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling of any description of any thickness incl cement mortar bedding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L white marble work, makrana white, 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars , window cills etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L green/black marble work 18 to 20 mm thick ( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars , window cills etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick coloured granite ,machine cut as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over 10mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:3) , set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite tile including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L20mm thick coloured granite tiles, machine cut as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and on floor over 20mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:6) , set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite tile including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid on floor over and including 20mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for grinding/polishing and cutting to existing stone floor of any description (such as kota stone, marble stone, terrazo, granite and similar surfaces etc) cleaning with water and applying zinc oxide powder complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 25mm thick precast cement concrete Type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies including all moulding, but excluding frame set in cement morter 1:4 as in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams , beam haunching , girders , bressummers , lintels , cantilevers , shelves including supports , overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (nominal mix) ( 20mm grade aggregate ) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers , lintels over 1.5 mtr span all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups , spacers and binders cut to length , bent to shape required as in reinforcement and binding with MS wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed any height of building.
