Repair of cracks on walls ,rcc slab etc by opening of cracks, cleaning the cracks and filling the crack with HS crack fill paste of berger or approved equivalent complete as -per instruction of Engineer In charge etc complete

Providing and grouting the holes by Poly Ceramic Cementitious i.e Nic Grout G06+53 grade cement material of as per requirement to reduce the porosity of concrete/Masonry structure and to increase the strength of structure using grouting pipes, grouting m/c, mixer etc and all relevant safety with all leads and lifts, material as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Waterproofing treatment with applying first coat of urp berger hs adv. latex or of approved equivalent, mix with water and cement in ratio of 1:4:7(1 part berger hs adv latex plus : 4 part water : 7 part cement). The mixture shall be applied with brush for first coat to provide wateproofing to terrace and shall be allowed to dry for 4-5 hours according to tempertature conditions.The rate shall be inclusive of preparation of old surfaece including removing all dirt, dust with wire brushes, grinding the surface to remove fungas etc complete as per instructions of engineer In Incharge. (Base Coat) (ALL MATERIAL shall be get approved prioer to the application.)

Three coat water proofing treatment over base coat consisting of 1 st COAT OF BERGER HS PU ROOFKOAT( or approved equivalent)WITH 50% WATER DILUTION which shall be applied with BRUSH/ROLLER AND 2nd & 3rd COAT UNDILUTED and each coat will be allowed to DRY FOR 4-5 HOURS AFTER application depending upon TEMPERTATURE CONDITIONS. etc complete as per instructions of engineer in charge. ALL MATERIAL shall be get approved prior to the application.

Providing and fixing fibre mesh of 45 gsm of approved quality and make for laying between 2nd and 3 rd course of water proofing treatment complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge

Providing one coat of acrylic based single componenet liquid applied elastomeric water proofing coating BERGER HS W/C ROOF GUARD or approved equivalent with synthetic fiber at 20% dilution over a base coat after sutiable surface preparation and repair of parent surface including Scraping , crack filling , followed by 2 coats of premium polyurethane based acrylic exterior emulsion(BERGER PLATINA WEATHERCOAT LONG LIFE or approved equivalent as finish coat in desired shade as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes including fittings conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i)Single socketed pipes. 40 mm as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting holes up to 100 mm dia in R.C.C. floors and roofs,chajjas for passing drain pipe etc by core cutting drills .-including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
