REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO SEWAGE LINE ,SEPTIC TANK ,SOAK PIT AND MISC WORK ETC OF C1,C1A,C2A AND C2B AND FAFA INSIDE AT YODHA GATE UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Dewatering of septic tank/soakage well of any size, depth and capacity by manually or mechanically & removing water into nearly drain or at location n.exc 500 mtr complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of septic tank/soakage well of any size & capacity by removing solid or semi solid sludge by mechanically or manually including removal of sludge in covered vehicle to a distance n.exc 500m & buried in excavated pit of adequate size including excavation and covering with earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge(measurement will be taken only after de-watering of tanks)

Cleaning of manholes complete of any size and at any location incl taking out sludge and other material deposited in manhole and its removal outside of MOD premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for depth of manholes Depth of manhole n exc 1.50 M.

All as per items No 3 above but Depth of manhole exc 1.50 M & n exc 3.00 M

Cleaning / clearing of sewage line 150mm bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling & de-chocking of drains as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV / HCV and having facilities of high pressure vaccum and provision of hydraulic application through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe/Cleaning done manually by labourer and flushing after cleaning including removing the same to a non inhabitant Area or buried into ground all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) Sewage line cleaned should function smoothly during entire contract period and measurement shall be made only once. (ii) Conractor shall be responsible to clear any further blockage without any extra payment till completion of work.The cost of this operation / provision shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

All as per items No 05 above but of sewage line 200 mm bore

Cleaning of all blockages of Nahani traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockage of WC's, 100 mm dia PVC/CI pipe upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc to maintain internal sewage system by employing Safaiwala from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours with permissible lunch break at AOR of AGE B/R-1 on daily basis complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Sr Item No 01 to 07 :- (i) Supervisors should received everyday complaint through MES complaint register for AOR of Age B/R-1 at GE(East) Mathura.The complaint slips shall be deposited back in the evening after all the complaints have been attented to, duly updated with the action taken duly recorded. In case of emergency complaints requiring immediate attention the supervisor/safaiwala shall attend to the complaints telephonically also. (ii) AOR of AGE B/R is scatteres in number of pockets , Contractor has to engage minimum eight(08) safaiwala with mobile phones having no photo facility. The team must be reported in the complaint cell/ sub div in proper uniform and with all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, etc for execution of the item. The quoted rate shall also be included the cost of conveyance of workers, supervisors, materials and T&P. (iii) Contractor shall provide uniform with name plate as approved by Engr-in-charge to the workers. (iv) Penalty in case not attending to each complaint within 24 Hours will be recovered from contractor at the rate of Twice the minimum wages applicable to the concerned worker for such complaint. i.e = 2*(693*1.4325) = Rs 1985 (v) The Disposal of mud/silt, sludge & other debris retreved form cleaning time should be removed outside of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in Charge. (vi) If necessitated by JE/ Engr-in Charge/GE, contractor will provide to attend the complaints as required on Sunday/Holiday.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m deep for foundations, manholes sewage line etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Serial No. 1.00 here in befoe but depth exc 1.5 m and n.exc 3.00 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.
